Highly recommended! I wasn’t sure if the sizing so went a little smaller than I should have done. Great quality - but slightly small - morning suit on arrival and a couple of calls later, I had returned and received the next size up, which fits perfectly! So nice to deal with an efficient and high quality company - with great prices! I sound like a cheerleader but will certainly use again.

Well. I’m struggling what to say now that I didn’t say last week.
I bought the morning suit stripes last week. So good I ordered a matching black jacket.
But. Jason at RPM didn’t have my (awkward) size in stock and offered to order from the manufacturer and send direct to me. Yes I agreed.
He rang the manufacturer ( in Leeds) who explained it would likely take 7-10 days.
I said I was hoping for it by April 4 when I’ve a big meeting to attend in Bridge St, Manchester.
Lo and behold it arrived within 4 days by Friday 2pm! 🕑 Totally impressed. And, from Skopes factory. Thoroughly pleased.
Couldn’t have bettered this service. Nothing was too much trouble. Perfection is the only word to use.
I called Richard personally to compliment him on his business, excellent staff and best quality of clothing. A ‘can do’ team!

My longtime (55 yr) gents bespoke tailors & outfitters ( Helewells, Preston : 1903/2024 Retired ) having closed, and needing a new morning suit for a big function in. Manchester next month, the quest was on.
In somewhat trepidation.
Having called 8 high st names , M&S , Anthony Keith in Saville Row , Slaters etc I found Richard Paul Menswear & Hire , in Stratford-upon-Avon .
I could not have done better.
I initially ordered the grey/black formal pinstripe morning trousers. …. At 3.45pm Thursday.
Service was brilliant. Price was right. Payment made. Order despatched - all very attentive but easy.

Imagine my surprise when at 1045 Friday, Royal Mail Postie arrived and presented me with the package.
Richard Paul had used RM 1st class.
18 hours!! Very impressed!
I then went to try them on.
They’re great quality and fit perfectly- couldn’t be better. Very smart.
Just all round second to none.

I was so pleased I rang back and ordered one of their best quality ‘herringbone’ black short Morning Jacket. ( which RM inform me is due 11am tomorrow!).

Couldn’t ask for better.
All ready been asked by a barrister fiend ( in chambers in Manchester) had I got my new suit. Told him the story and rated it

The purchases that I made were a perfect fit and very reasonably priced. The staff that I spoke to were knowledgeable and polite almost like going to a good old fashioned tailor

I purchased an ex-hire jacket from Richard Paul.
After originally receiving a different jacket by mistake I emailed customer services who were fantastic. They sent out the correct order straight away, and arranged for the item that was sent in error to be returned.
A very easy and pleasant transaction all round. It's good to know that there are still companies out there who look after their customers.
The herringbone jacket that I ordered is fantastic quality, fits perfectly, and is in as new condition. Very happy indeed, and I will be placing future orders ASAP.
