Sizing
Hi. Thanks for the trousers. I know they are ex hire and the rousers are in good condition. I note the label is blank due to cleaning and has 34 hand written on it. Having tried them on they are very tight & feel like a smaller size.

Hi Simon. A lot of our Pre Loved Trousers do come in without labels, so we have to manually size a lot of our items. We always offer our customers at least 30 days to return items to us for an exchange or a full refund as per our returns policy. Thank you.

The service was excellent
The service received from Richard Paul was excellent and cannot be faulted. I only gave 4* because the garment looked well used, the label was missing and a button was hanging off. The returns process was free and easy to use. The refund was immediate.

Un finished order
Although the quality of the trousers is good I was very surprised that I am expected to take the leg seams up myself. I ordered a 27 inch leg and they arrived with 29 inch and no hem. I am going to have to pay extra to get that done. I'm not happy and won't use you again.

Great service
These guys gave great service and tried very hard to find me a suit which was the right size.... they always responded to emails quickly, and were also quick to arrange a refund when we couldnt find a solution. I would happily try again another time.

Great service, I was unsure on the correct size to order so emailed asking questions. I had a quick response that detailed what I needed. I ordered the item and received the jacket two days later well packaged and fits perfect.

Expensive delivery for stained unopened shirt
5 pounds for delivery. No easy way to return, you pay for the return as well unless you convince them it's problematic and unopened. Aaand the cherry on top? The product is 15 pounds. Disgraceful

I ordered a pair of trousers from this seller on Ebay and paid an extra £4.95 for next day delivery as I was attending a wedding today and they sent it by normal delivery service which means I won't be able to attend the wedding because Richard paul menswear thinks that they can rip me off after paying for next day delivery and not sending it next day delivery and they think they can pocket the extra £4.95 and I wouldn't notice that they didn't send it next day delivery. I have made a formal complaint to Ebay and because they didn't send it next day delivery as requested and paid for I will miss the wedding and being best man they have ruined the wedding because the bride and groom will have to arrange another best man at very short notice and totally ruined my day as well and made me feel so guilty for letting down my friend for not being able to attend because I have nothing to wear. I will be refusing delivery when this order eventually arrives because they won't arrive in time for the wedding and won't be any good to me. When I purchased the trousers they had delivery options and next day delivery was one of the options and was an extra £4.95 . I advise anyone not to use this company because if they can rip me off and im disabled I don't think they would think twice about doing it to anyone else. Order number 21-12022-50344

Hi Robert. Please note that first of all, our £4.95 charge is for a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, this is not a guarenteed next day delivery service. In fairness, we did miss the upgraded postage - which is on us, however the item was still sent in good time on a Royal Mail 48 post which is still a very quick and reliable service, and your postage was refunded in full. We understand this was a frustrating situation, but we would and do always try our absolute best to resolve these difficult situations that can arise from buying online from time to time. Thank you.

Having looked for a morning suit to buy, I was pleased to find the Richard Paul website. I bought a morning suit which was in fantastic condition.I liked it so much that I bought a fancy waistcoat too. Very very impressed!
