Very happy with the bike. The battery compartment situation is a little bit janky, but that is very much also associated with my major gripe:

We assemble these. This is an important job from a safety perspective! Their video and paper documentation on putting my Roadster together was extraordinarily bad.

Prepare yourself for internet searching, and perhaps using a paid LLM.

We love the Vorsa bike we purchased but because we live in Los Angeles, we had to go through some extra steps. First, to test ride the Vorsa, we drove to the San Diego warehouse. The test ride confirmed we wanted a Vorsa and in retrospect it would have been smart to order ahead and have the bike delivered to the warehouse and have the team there build the bike so we could have walked out with the bike. Instead we ordered online, had it shipped and assembled it ourselves. There were some damaged parts and the team sent replacement parts so all good in the end - just an extended buying cycle. So far the Vorsa has been everything we hoped for and rides smoothly and comfortably. It took a little practice to get used to carrying a passenger - take-off was the main challenge. Otherwise, its been easy to use and a GREAT bike! I hope more people buy the Vorsa and act as ambassadors so that new buyers can stop by and see the bike before ordering online.

The ease of ordering and putting my two bikes together was awesome!. You worry about putting bikes together from an online order, but with Ride1up there should be no worry. The V3 roadster is a beurtiful bike, all our friends love the look. The pedal assist is so smooth and the Shimano gears make this a spectacular ride. Out first ride was 18 miles and our battery life was way more than expected. My wife loves her bike as she quickly became comfortable with the system and the ride - --she LOVES it. This bike is also easy to ride without assisst, so if you were to run out of battery you can get it home due to the low weight. The price point, the ride, the power, the look and the smoothness were delivered. I did my research and this bike delivered beyond that.

Very first e bike and I am very impress with the build quality. Multiple follow ups with the buying process and help full videos for assembly. No issues so far. Picked this brand after watching multiple recommendations on you tube and the weight.

Absolutely loving this bike! I’ve only had it a couple of weeks, but I’ve already racked up serious mileage on it. The multiple power settings let me dial in exactly the right amount of battery assist for any ride. It arrived packaged securely, and assembly was quick and straightforward. On top of all that, it’s just a great-looking bike.

I've had the Revv1 FS for about 3 months now and I've put almost 900 miles on it. I've changed out the brake pads and had to replace each of the tubes so far but other than that it's been a rock solid beast. It looks amazing and I constantly get compliments on it. It's sturdy as hell and the handlebar features and seat and all the touch points just feel good and I feel very happy with the quality and functionality I've gotten for the price. The biggest complaint I've had is that it seems to be difficult to center the back wheel after taking it off and puting it back on, as I had a brake that was rubbing for a day before I fixed it and it wasn't very straightforward to fix. But honesly I was suprised at how easy it was to remove the back tire after everything I've read about it. It took me about an hour to change the back tube with almost no experience. I had the center cage for a while and it is sweet but I recommend some rubber washers to help with vibration. Also, the wheel inserts look cool but they really increase the amount of wind drag from the side and can make for some dangerous situations in gusts. I recommend against them. Change out the brake pads immediately, that was a great upgrade. My favorite upgrades have been a 70mm Oberon handlebar mirror on the left handlebar and a Peak Design phone mount that you can plug into the left handlebar controls to charge your phone and get directions. Overall it feels like high quality, you get your money's worth, and it looks freaking badass. I constantly get compliments from coworkers and random folks I meet. Best 1800 bucks I've ever spent. Also I forgot to mention, I absolutely love riding it! For the first month it was all I thought about, I would take it out for a spin before bed just to get the thrill. I still enjoy riding it every day to work and between buildings at work and every time I get on I just feel happy. It's quickly become my best friend.

"we don't cut corners" Well, that is partly true. I hate to change my five star review to three, but here it goes. I have had a CFRacer 1 for a few months now and originally gave it a five star review. It is a small but annoying issue that Ride1Up refuses to address. My rear tire only holds air for one day (and this has been a documented issues since the first day I owned the $2200 bike). Yes, I have followed all instructions and guidance from Ride1Up. THEIR ANSWER IS: you need a new valve. Ok, here is the fun part: they refuse to reimburse me for the repair or even send me a new valve. Order #224365

Getting a little older so I decided I needed a little e- help when I ride. After reading several reviews we chose the Portola. Hubby and I each got one and Im not only thrilled with the ride and that they fold up and fit in ny Rav 4 the colors are great. Now I am ordering a basket so I can ride it to work. Best putchae ever.

I got exactly what I had searched for. A bike that drops below 40 pounds with the battery out and that I can manage up to my second story apartment. My last ebike was a more typical 65 lbs. making the stairs into a real challenge, especially at 63 even when fit. The torque sensor delivers smooth power and the bike has great acceleration. Only thing that isn't perfect is the front brake acts up a little under heavy downslope load but I will gladly pay a shop to dial in this awesome ride. Assembly went pretty smooth in around 1 hour. After charging for a couple of hours I broke it in on a nice 7 mile ride ending going up to Capital Hill and the assist chewed up the decent slope from downtown up Pike St. To my place and up the stairs with no problem. I got a short section of pipe insulation to wrap the upper bar and give a pad for the shoulder carry although I can also pick it up from the lower frame and gooseneck so options abound. Such a nice quiet ride even when on full assist. Basically just tire tread hum. Love my Ride1Up Roadster v.3!!!! John in Seattle

Build quality is fantastic. Nothing like it for the same price.
I bought 2 bikes. One had a part damaged by the shipping company. I sent one photo by email and a new part was on the way the next day.
Performance is better than advertised. I ride every day.

Wish I could give a feedback on the Vorsa bike. Bike was ordered 4 weeks ago and was delivered with multiple parts that were not working properly. After becoming a part time service tech and endless emails later I finally received the replacements parts. Now I get to find a local bike shop that is hopefully willing to work on the bike at the approved price that Ride1Up agrees to pay (requires approval before work can be completed). Extremely disappointing and frustrating process on what I had hoped would be a better purchase than an Amazon bike. For my troubles I have not been offered a compensation and just continue to be told that it is in the purchase agreement. Hard to recommend and hope to some day have a working bike that I paid good money for.

So far so good. Bought one for my wife and I and it's worked great. Set up was super simple. Build quality is excellent, better than expected. Multiple 10+ mile trips and a 40+ mile trip. I'm a 6'2" 250lb rider so the battery drains a lot quicker than the one on my gymnast wife's bike, but still 40 miles w/some decent hills isn't bad. The only complaint is some squeaky spokes that I've had to tighten a couple times. Hopefully, now that they're tight it won't keep happening.

This bike replaced a light very good ebike that I've owned for 5 years. Technology has improved the ebikes over the years. This bike is a big improvement ! !
It's still very light so I can put it in the back of my pickup without having to use a bike rack. It's quite nimble and fun to ride. The biggest thing I like is the 500 Watt motor and how it gives you more power the harder you peddle. Very noticeable ! I hardly ever have to use the 2nd power level.
I got the front suspension in "white gold" in the low step frame.
Couldn't be happier ! !
Now, if I was going to nitpick, The warning bell is a little hard to reach.

I absolutely love this bike! It's short enough for me at 5ft. My 14 year old granddaughter and I take turns riding it everyday. I had trouble finding a short enough bike that was comfortable. Portola is perfect. The quality of the bike is amazing. The delivery service was great. Customer support helped answer my questions. PLEASE make a TRIKE!!!!!

Bought the Roadster v3 as a shared family e-bike as we all already have standard bikes. None of us had ever even ridden an e-bike before so don’t have much point of reference there, but it’s exceeded my expectations. I’m impressed how well it rides with the motor off, and my 17 year old kid who previously hated bikes loves riding it and now chooses it over the car to go to work. And after spending weeks researching what to buy, I couldn’t believe it arrived two days after ordering it.

Everything went as promised, bike was easy to assemble, and I absolutely Love the bike!
I use it for exercise on paved bike trails and being able to change gears when needed gives me a great workout.
I also have had a few compliments on my new bike.

Super happy with my Ride1Up Roadster V3 bike. Was easy to assemble. Great packing. I'm extremely happy with the weight, particularly since it's going on the back of our Airstream along with my wife's eBike. I'm a road bike guy, who long ago rode criterium bike races. So probably a bit more picky about handing. The bike is very responsive. But also does well on gravel. I've had a couple other eBikes, and I'm super happy with how the electronics phase the boost in with pedal effort. Feels far more natural than any eBike I've been on previously. Plus, for the price point the components and features are surprisingly good ... and that's from a guy who rides a full DuraAce road bike. Again, super happy with the bike.

I'm enjoying the ride of the Vorsa Lite, it has better features than my previous bike. It's lighter, rides better and power modes are easily configurable. No regrets.

This bike has been a life changer. With bad knees, replacements and arthritis, I can now get out there and keep up with my wife!

I just turned 66 and live in a pretty hilly area and this bike is perfect for me! I want the exercise of riding a normal bike and the option to get a little help on steep hills. I ride about 90% of the time without assistance and it feels just like a nice road bike. Whenever you want the extra help it is easy turn the assist on and off. The bike and components are excellent quality and assembly was quick and easier than I expected. This bike has exceeded my expectations all around!
