Not good. Car coming with came with damage that obviously comes from the transport, no support, no help. Not recommendable. CRB Logistik hands off ......

I have won two auctions from this site only to be contacted and made to either up my bid or offer a counter offer. Which is usually close to what you would pay for the vehicle in an open market through actual car dealer. If the vehicle has a reserve it should be disclosed at the time of bidding by the auction. If not it's a waste of your time and a hold on your credit card which means you can't bid on anything else for the entire back and forth process and until your deposit is credited back to your account. Total waste of time use copart instead. Funny enough the car was listed there too(verified via vin) which has the auctions reserve

First time buyer and everything was great. The staff reached out to me and kept me in the loop. Delivery was arranged through them and they got it to California quickly.

Great deal brought on this site because other sites needed to be dealer licensed

It was a positive experience. The only things that could of been better are more time to pick up vehicle before storage fees and not paying tax on auction fees and ridesafetly fees. Good buy would and will buy again. Thanks

I almost gave it 5 stars, but the car would not Run or Drive even though it was listed as such. It caused an issue with the driver, but we were able to work through the issue so I could still get my vehicle delivered (thank God)

My car (Mazda cx9) arrived but with a broken windscreen, ripped out front bumper and a crash on the rear bumper. These were not my expectations.
Something needs to be done to enable me replace the damaged parts.

UPDATE TO REPLY: I already purchased a trailer from RideSafety the prior year and there were no such rules that I had to contact them first for oversize items, and that item was in Florida, hundreds of miles from me. So if you change your policy, you should of advised members with an email. Since there was no kind of issue on my last purchase or bidding, why would I assume anything from a text box on top of the auction box?

I tried to bid on a vehicle that is literally 20 minutes from me so I did not contact them for an oversize vehicle because it didn't concern me and they would not let me bid. So I got screwed out of my auction. They were more than happy to charge a deposit on my card but not let my bid go through. Lots of other services to use than them!

I bought a car a month ago and I thought everything was going well but I still haven't received my title and no one has contacted me

They suspended my account and deleted my winning bid because I left negative review!

On 07/28/2020 I left the following review:
Sent them multiple requests to email. Waiting 3rd day for response. No service at all. The website filters and notifications don't work at all, system is absolutely non-reliable. Some non-existing vehicles are listed on the website. We bid on them but they are fakes.

Update of 07/29/2020:
As of now, I have the only reply from RideSafely - which you see below. They forwarded my request to the tech support. Only after I continuously sent 3 requests without response during 3 consecutive days and made a public review. Anyway, the problem is not resolved yet.

The most interesting thing came next. I called the customer service. The customer service manager Leslie told that she deleted my winning bid right and suspended my account because I made negative review. The decision was taken by her and personally by the company CEO Yury. She is not going to do business with me ONLY and ONLY because of my negative review.

Based on that, think twice before using service of this company. I have a serious doubt about the fairness of other public reviews for them, since they deny to do business with customers who give them bad feedback on public.

It was good, there was some confusion at the salvage yard in York and the wait time for the title was a little lengthy but overall it was a good experience. Would highly recommend to a friend.
