Ridesafely.com is a Broker that allows the general public to bid for crashed vehicles at auctions where only Dealerships, Salvage Yards, etc. can normally bid. The final price I paid was about $1000 more than my bid (excluding tax, title, and transportation which I would have had to pay no matter what). Of that $1000 about $300 went to Ridesafely so it is reasonably priced. The only downside is that all brokers (Ridesafely too) use unsecured funds to pay the auction company. This means that the Auction Company's fee gets bumped up 200-300 dollars. I researched and there is no easy way to bid at private auctions though so the extra cost is worth it.

Easy and fast process, already got two cars and no problems with paper work and no hidden fees

They were unable to provide me with a driver. If they can't do it, they shouldn't offer the service.

Customer service is always available with a quick phone call. They were courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to make things work. They even stayed late on a Friday to finalize my purchase so that I could pick it up Monday morning! Their fees are reasonable though the auction fees portion of their fees was higher than other brokers I have used. Having said that, their broker fee was much more reasonable. I love that they give me access to IAA and Copart in the same broker. I will use them again!

I want to first say no one was rude, and purchase transaction went smooth, problems happened after that. Item was missing a body part when it arrived (still not resolved). Things to improve on. Fees were not spelled out before purchase. Also the deposit refund or non refund was unclear. Shipping communications between ride safely and the driver that ends up being used for delivery needs drastic improvement. This guy had English speaking issues, made communication very difficult. I told ride safely and the dispatch driver that I lived on a dirt road, however the driver did not understand. I had to help they guy unload and direct him to get out when he left. I should not have had to do anything, considering the ride safely transportation they set up cost 150 more than a third party. I would like to hear back from ride safely for the missing part $160 is the value of said part. I would be happy to raise my review rating if I was refunded my missing part amount or a replacement was shipped to me. It was in the auction picture when I bid, but not on arrival. Until then I can only give one star. I have emailed ride safety, but have not recieved a responce.

Very excellent service. I have bought so many cars form ridesafely any everything looks exactly as described. Fast process. I will come back again.
