Jack in Kylemore Road
I dealt with Jack in Right tiles Kylemore Road, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. He went above and beyond to be helpful with providing information about the tiles and mirrors. He rang me as soon as they were delivered to the store and was a pleasure to deal with. Amazing customer service and I have gotten a few things from them. Thanks Jack.

Responsive and very helpful staff. Arranged the pick up on the same day, as left a note saying that it was an emergency and workers had fallen short of a box…. Amazing service and comfortable pickup point.

Helpful staff
We dealt with David at the Blanchardstown branch. He was extremely helpful when we bought new tiles for our kitchen. When we had to return some boxes he was very accommodating even though we were a bit iffy on the date limit for returning. Been shopping there for tiles since the branch was first opened and have always found it great value and a very helpful staff

Dear Severine,
Thank you so much for placing your order with us. We genuinely appreciate your business. Our team has already processed your order, and the courier is currently making arrangements for pick-up, with the delivery scheduled for later today, the guys in store have since spoken with you to confirm.
As we strive to offer a wide range of products, there are instances where certain items may need to be ordered into the store to fulfill the order. Additionally, we collaborate with external couriers to ensure efficient delivery services. However, it's essential to mention that there could be occasional delays beyond our control.
Rest assured, we always do our best to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience. We recommend allowing up to 5 working days for delivery to account for any unexpected delays that might occur.
Once again, thank you for choosing us, and we sincerely hope you'll love the tiles you've ordered. Should you have any questions or need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help!
Very good service
