Righttiles Reviews

I had a very good experience at Right Tiles, Isleworth. The showrom has an excellent range of tiles in different styles, sizes and finishes.
Ashish and Saquib were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain all the options clearly and offered helpful advice based on my space and requirements, without any pressure to rush the decision.

Zarak was great and helped us pick the right tiles. We are very happy with the selection and it turned out great. Would recommend to others.

Excellent company, amazing quality tiles, very welcoming customer service, specially by Nihad. He was extremely helpful and helped me choose the right quantity and style of tiles needed.

I ordered my downstairs floor tiles from the Croydon branch. Everyone in there is very helpful and friendly. The way the tiles are displayed is excellent and makes it easy to browse the different designs. When my order arrived unfortunately 2 of the tiles were broken. They immediately replaced the tiles and threw in a bag of grout for my trouble. I returned a few weeks later to order my bathroom tiles from them. I’m very happy to recommend this tile shop!

I went to the croydon shop and bought tiles for my renovation project. They have a good range of tiles at a reasonable price.

The staffs are also very friendly, the only thing I will complain is they do not have stock and have to order from the factory, which could take some time. But this is generally not a problem if you plan ahead.

I had an excellent experience at right tiles all thanks to waleed and ali

I recently visited Right Tiles to buy tiles for my house, and I had a really great experience. One of their employees, Raghav, assisted me throughout the entire selection process. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in understanding my requirements and suggesting the right options. Thanks to his guidance, choosing the tiles became easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend Right Tiles to anyone looking for quality tiles and excellent customer service.

5 star service from a 5 star team. Having completed my house renovation project this summer I used Right tiles in Isleworth for my hallway, kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor patio and garden area. Their quality and range of tiles together with their price is unmatched but most of all their help and service made for a very smooth and enjoyable experience. I have since introduced them to family members who have complimented our completed work and they too are now receiving the same level of service and are very happy indeed. Proceed with confidence and big shout out to Saqib who we very much treat as family now !

Excellent service at Right Tiles Isleworth. Very helpful and friendly staff, great quality tiles, and competitive prices. Highly recommend!

I bought some tiles from right tiles bounds green store for my 3 bathroom and I am very happy with the tiles specially sandip help us for selection and explained everything about tiles

Prices are good, Saqib is very helpful. One negative point was that any replacement tiles for the broken ones will have to be picked up from the store. Good overall experience.

I had a great experience with Right tiles. There tiles are quality and excellent designs. Maddy in Crawley was very helpful and has a lot of experience. He arranged for our tiles to be delivered on time during the Christmas period.

I had an excellent experience at Right Tiles, all thanks to Mohit. I was actually on my way to Tile Giant but happened to spot this place by chance…and I’m so glad I did.

Mohit was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely attentive from the moment I walked in. His friendly approach and professionalism made the whole process effortless, and the store’s wonderful collection of tiles made choosing even easier.

Because of Mohit’s great service, I ended up purchasing my tiles here without a second thought. Thank you, Mohit! You are truly an asset to the business! Highly recommended. 🙌

We’ve just undertaken a bathroom renovation, thanks to Vimal at Righttiles, who advised us and gave us an excellent price!
Our new bathroom is amazing - looks like one from a boutique hotel.

I went to the Hanworth/Feltham branch to purchase a large amount of tiles, I was confused which tiles to get as there are so many designs and colours to choose from. However the sales person named Parth helped me choose the perfect tiles for my kitchen and living room project, I explained to Mr Parth that I require colours to match my kitchen and living room colours, he showed me various designs and I selected the Spanish tiles for my project, thank you Mr Parth for helping me choose the right tiles and your great service. I will surely come again for my next project. Thank you so much.

Right Tiles have a big range of indoor tiles and so we were able to find the perfect colour and pattern. At first we struggled to decide because it was not possible to get a sample but once that happened it all went smoothly and we bought tiles for two bathrooms and the entire downstairs. The delivery was on time, one pack of tiles was missing but it was very easy to arrange the additional pack. A big big thank you to Lali at Right Tiles Farnborough. If not Lali, we would have spent much more time searching for the right product and we probably wouldn't have had them on time for the installers. Lali also advised us on the grout type and in general the communication with Lali was very easy and made our life much easier during a very stressful year.
