As a chartered building surveyor I have dealt with many tile companies and I felt so strongly that the service i recieved was worthy of commendation, exceptional especially dealing with Ali J who was very professional and helpful.

Bought 50 meters of tiles from Hayes store and the tiles turned out to be very good in quality. Store manager Rana customer services was very good. Recommended

Thank you Mohit! We visited the Wood Green branch and was really pleased with the customer service from Mohit who helped me from day one. After several visits of shopping around I felt Mohit was the most approachable person in helping us make a decision. The tiles are great and reasonably priced. We would visit again.

Good tiles for Bathroom. I would recommend Vimal, Assistant manager at Hanworth who gave us excellent advice on bathroom tiles and accessories.

Wonderful place with a variety of tiles. I wonder if anyone go in Isleworth showroom and don’t buy anything. Been everywhere in london but wouldn’t able to make the decision. Bought all my home tiles from them and project is complete. Staff was friendly and they helped genuinely through out the project will definitely recommend 👍🏻

Great new store in wembley crazy range and great service from Mr Ali will share pictures once bathroom is done

Have had good experiences with Hanworth store. Vimal is very knowledgeable and his help let us choose the right tiles for our bathroom. Alway ready to help with a big smile , which made a lot of difference for us choosing the tiles. The delivery was on time . Must also say other guys working here are also very good . Finally the choices and prices were excellent. So a Big thank to Vimal and his team

Had a nightmare with them. They were great on the day and so spent over £3k with them based on the fact they would deliver the tiles in two days time. Ended up with missing tiles - the warehouse didn’t bother letting the store know they didn’t have enough in stock. Had to pay for my tiler collect the missing tiles otherwise I would have lost out on a day’s work. Other tiles were missing and had to call endless times. The guy that sold them to be started losing his rag saying I wasn’t his only customer and even had the audacity to say he will pay me £50 from his own pocket for the missing tiles. Like I cared for the £50 when I spent over £3k. Based on my dealing with them on the day I bought the tiles, I recommended them to a friend who also purchased tiles and ended up with wrong batches. The issues I had are endless and would tell anyone to avoid using them for peace of mind

Great tiles and excellent customer service, Saqs very pleasant and helpful, would recommend (Farnborough)
