The cue turned up on time it was in a box no protection in a clear plastic wrapper and when got cue out the top part where the tip is is all bent

Husbands new Toy!
It took 3 times to try and pay as the screen kept going blank, but once I'd paid the Snooker cue was received very quickly indeed and very well packaged. My Husband is so pleased with it.

I noticed two large marks on the table…
I noticed two large marks on the table and notified them straight away.
Below was the response:
The marks you can see on the cloth are compression marks, which can occur during the fitting, handling and transportation of the table. They are not permanent and should gradually disappear with gentle brushing and normal gameplay.
We recommend brushing the cloth gently in the correct direction, and as the table is used, the marks will naturally work their way out and become less noticeable.
I am not happen with this reply and I don’t believe the marks will just disappear.
Update: that’s 4 weeks now and they are still as visible as the day I received it.

Having reviewed the photographs provided, we can reassure you that the very light marks visible are compression marks rather than damage to the cloth. These can occur during the fitting, handling and transportation of a table.
Most importantly, we can assure you that the marks shown in your photographs will disappear with normal use. With gentle brushing in the correct direction and regular gameplay, the cloth fibres will naturally settle and the compression marks will work their way out. They are not permanent impressions or defects in the cloth.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and understand your initial concern. We hope this reassurance helps, and we are confident that the cloth will settle naturally and look as it should.

Thankfully the Cue isn't damaged or…
Thankfully the Cue isn't damaged or warped as the package arrived in its cardboard box, I opened it to find the Cue was not packed in any protective foam or protective packing, the Cue case inside was packaged in it's own separate box but the Cue was touching the edge of the outer cardboard box with no foam to protect it against impact or being chucked about as often couriers do with packages!
Thankfully the Cue seems to be ok for now but it's not what I would expect for nigh on a £300 purchase.

The service was great
The service was great. Got my cue ..as ordered, on the 3rd day from ordering. Supremely happy. Great value and great service. One minor criticism. On checkout, not able to select weight of cue desired. However put this in the comments and received as desired. No complaints AT ALL.

Poor quality surface.
I didn’t know what to expect, quality wise, for the money. When the table was assembled I was quite pleased with how solid it felt. However, I wasn’t impressed with the covering, baize. It seemed quite thin and of poor quality. My fears were borne out when my Grandson attempt to screw back the cue ball and the tip of the cue caught the cloth. This resulted in a hole of about 2mm diameter. My Grandson is 16 and plays pool regularly at our local leisure centre. He was devastated.
Needless to say I’m disappointed and will be speaking to someone about how we resolve this.

Very easy to order and track ,especially from UK to Vancouver Canada, delivery was on time and packaged well.
Cue and case is what I expected for the price and is in great condition .
A little disappointed the origin was from China ,as i thought it was authentic from Riley UK .

Disappointing
I wouldnt bother ordering from this site customer service Is below par ordered a cue come quickly was happy then see a tear inbox was like that should be ok but no there was no bubble wrap at all so a nice wooden cue in thin cardboard box equaled damage I fort ordering for a well known company would of been sent well packaged I was wrong order at own risk

Our cue and accessories packaging is tried and tested and specifically designed to withstand the rigours of transit. While we’re sorry that the packaging on this occasion did not meet your expectations, unfortunately, minor damage to the outer carton can sometimes occur during delivery.
We also appreciate your concern regarding the lack of bubble wrap, although our packaging is designed to protect the cue without relying solely on additional wrapping.

Tables great. Could do with a better finish on ball return. Just seems quick finished and a bit rough when rest of the table is fantastic.
Delivery guys were out of their depth. Had had a sack truck to move a pool table. Nearly dropped it. Good packaging saved the day.

I order my items.
I order my items.
Which were later refunded.
They lied and claimed that the bank had rejected my card.
They made me waste time and call my bank from overseas.
There was no bank rejection
They had just run out of stock.
Lost out on currency exchange with the refund.
They sent a reply to my negative post. Claiming was a bank issue.
I used my card a lot on holiday and spent a lot with absolutely no issues.
The reason I know they are lying is when I went to reorder the item with a UK card it was marked as out of stock.
Not only lying one time, but twice. All to discredit an honest review of a dishonest retailer.
