I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the communication throughout was excellent. Gary and Derryn kept me informed every step of the way and were always responsive and helpful.
The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. A special mention to Luke, who completed the work on my fire door. He was professional, hardworking, friendly, and clearly took pride in doing an excellent job.
A fantastic experience all round – I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Worried when told I had to replace my front door with FD30S fire proof door on leasehold flat until I found Risk Fire - they handled the situation perfectly - Derryn helped enormously and the installation team were outstanding - completed the work in record time and cleared up and took all the rubish home with them - the whole Compay deserves all the success they get and would not hesitate to recommend them

Excellent service from start to finish. I organised myself and neighbours having their front doors done. Very smooth process with Derryn and then liaising with Gary was also easy. The chap who attended to carry out the work, Samuel, was very professional and kind. He returned to me the next day to make my door close a little gentler. Excellent personal service. Excellent service throughout. My flat door needed adjustment to meet current fire regulations. The joiner, a very pleasant young man, was completely professional, arriving on time and concentrating fully on the job. He also adjusted the closer slightly after I tested going in and out with my walker (since I have mobility issues). On top of that, the price was very reasonable compared to other companies.
