Terrible service ordered a table that should be delivered within 5days - it’s in the warehouse with the delivery company for the last 10days - been told if I cancel I will be charged 10% of my order! I am asking a simple question when is it due to be delivered and they won’t answer. I already booked two days from work for day 5 & 6 but no communication from the delivery company at all.
If this continues I will be checking my consumer rights. I can’t afford anymore days of work and saved three months for the table I purchased.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any business in my life. After arriving weeks late (and being dumped in my building reception despite me paying to have it taken up to my fourth story flat) it does not match the description at all. The seam looks like it was stitched together on a pogo stick. I was told I could not amend my order two months ago as it was being shipped to the UK. A month later (when it hadn’t arrived on time) they said it wasn’t in the UK yet. It arrived with screws hanging out (the wrong screws, at that) in damaged packaging and no instructions. I am writing this review everywhere I possibly can because my communications with the company have been so poor that I know emailing a complaint will get me nowhere. I have never left a review in my life, but I have also never been this upset with my customer experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

We purchased the Moore Two-Seater Sofa Bed with Storage at the end of June, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. First, delivery was delayed by about two weeks. Trying to get an update was impossible; I called two different contact numbers, and both had completely full voicemails, preventing me from leaving a message.
When the sofa finally arrived, it was a massive disappointment. Calling this a "two-seater" is incredibly misleading—it is essentially an armchair. Once unfolded, it barely has enough space for one adult to sleep on. The "storage" is a complete joke; you might manage to squeeze a single pillow inside, but nothing more.
On top of that, the design is awful. It features two side pillows that are permanently sewn to the frame, making it awkward and impractical. We paid £699 for this, and it isn't even worth £100. Save your time, money, and sanity—do not buy this terrible product.
This company should be stopped immediately from selling its products!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - It's cheap rubbish from China that comes with no assembly instructions. Parts don't fit together and they refuse to provide a refund.

I ordered Emmanuel sofa bed and although the waiting time was 12 weeks (as I selected specific length ) the product itself is very nice and very comfortable.

I had to leave a review for this company as they did an excellent job with my order. I was very reluctant to place an order after reviewing all the negative comments here. Especially about the delivery delays. I checked with the customer service before ordering a sofa-bed chair just to be on the safe side and have a written confirmation about the delivery to my address in London. My order arrived in 3-5 business days as communicated and the item is exactly as it was represented on the website. So, I have to say, no bad experience but it may be a good thing to directly check with them before placing your order.

I'm so disappointed we didn't read Trustpilot reviews before ordering from RitConcept. Our experience matches what everyone has written here - item is 'in stock' then they say it will take another 8-10 weeks to arrive. It was also not at all as described, and the reviews on their website are clearly fake because they are the opposite of what's on here, and my own review has never been posted. They only post glowing reviews, which are either made up or filtered to avoid showing negative ones.

It's noteworthy that Ritconcept only replies to positive reviews, won't engage over negative ones, and that their website reviews are a con. Says it all, really!

They have also updated the description from when we bought it, as they had described it as "Ultimate comfort ... with plush seating" - and plush it was NOT.

The foam cushions are uncomfortable and stiff. All it takes is to sit down on it and you immediately want to get up.

Having spent £1000 on this item you expect a level of quality that is woefully lacking. Customer services replied to us saying this was considered an 'Unwanted item' and talked about 'subjective comfort', as if this is some minor difference in opinion about what comfortable means, rather than a thin piece of foam over a hard metal base.

Charging £129 to return the item - a cost based not on size, but on purchase price - is also outrageous.

Avoid like the plague, they are a literal scam.

Dining table was delivered on time and communication was excellent The table came extremely well packaged and looks great.

Absolutely joke!!! Placed my order in January… delivery supposed to be in 6 weeks… And I still haven’t received. Every time I contact customer service the date changes; already changed 3 times… they keep on blaming the war; however I placed my order BEFORE the war started!! Absolutely pathetic!!! I’m in my new home with NO dining table thanks to them… really making my moving home experience more stressful!!! Stay away; unless you can wait for an undetermined time for delivery….

I love the table that I ordered at the end of January ,on ordering it the delivery was to be the following week. 24hours later email to say 4weeks delay for that I accepted a 5%discount 4weeks went into 6weeks. At this point I thought I was never going to get the table.when it was finally delivered I had no notice they arrived at my house at 7pm and I wasn’t in. Thankfully my new neighbour kindly took it in. I found the whole experience very stressful

Had the most TERRIBLE experience with this company. Ordering and taking my money was fine- but the product took 12 weeks to arrive, was absolutely awful, took four weeks to get them to take it back and still waiting on refund. Never buy from here.

I read some negative reviews but my experience has been great from start to finish.
There was a delay, but this was the same for this product with other retailers.
Great communications throughout with fast responses giving full information.
Beautiful dressing table if very high quality.
I highly recommend and will definitely buy from here again in future

A familiar story with this company . The product i ordered was in stock , they took my money and then advised 8-9 weeks for delivery .

it seems from the awful reviews that this is a familiar tactic they use to scam the public .

Wow I can’t believe I fell for the legitimacy of this website and didn’t think to check Trustpilot. They list the product as available on their website and after you order and pay they email to let you know it’s out of stock and will take 8-9 weeks to deliver. They are probably doing this to every customer, dragging the refund and using the money in the meantime. Stay away, total scam website!

Ignored the reviews, big mistake!

Asked for a return/refund on an order not yet delivered and the company asked for a 10% charge under T&Cs even though this is inapplicable under legislation CCR 2013. How can you not know basic consumer laws if you claim to be a legitimate consumer retailer?

SCAM!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. The first red flag was that the sofa arrived 3 months late! I was in contact with Emily and a warehouse manager. The sofa arrived and was the wrong colour (I ordered black the sofa that came was grey) and also the wrong material (website listed suede, the material is a cheap felt) not to mention the sofa is as hard as stone, not comfortable at all. I contacted EMILY immediately who said it was a custom item and nothing could be done despite it stating in their terms and conditions that if the item is WRONG a refund is due. I then contacted the warehouse manager over text, who dragged me around in circles for over a month. In the final correspondence I confronted him and said I am sure Emily is AI and after that day (30/01/26) he has stopped answering my messages and calls. Money and time wasted. DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Bought the Abigail coffee table was absolutely terrible quality and the colour was not the same as the website unpacked it and immediately called them to return it. They tried to charge for a collection to return it. Luckily I bought on my credit card and they have done a charge back. Terrible company and terrible customer service and the worst quality products not worth the hassle or money. Now they are threatening legal action as they cannot collect the goods with a time that works for me. Do not buy anything from here it’s based in china and they don’t manufacture the items to a suitable standard for the money they charge!!!

This brand and its customer service are criminals. I have been waiting for my item for 4 months and they keep lying about my refund.
Absolutely insane. Please avoid at all costs!
And do report them to the trading authorities. I really don’t understand how come they still trade in the uk.

Website isn't truthful about the furniture delivery. Took my money and then can't deliver the item as promised. For the chair I want their website still says:-

'Order with our fastest delivery method in the next 18 hours 19 minutes to get it by Sunday, 25/01/2026'

Delivery is over 8 weeks which they tell you after they have your money
