I had a really positive experience.

I had 2 surveys done with them. Both times they did a thorough job with the survey, but what really stood out was the time taken afterwards to go through things with me. Rather than just sending the report and leaving me to interpret it. As a first time buyer, buying a house can be daunting and Nitin was very patient. He also gave me lots of good advice to take into account when looking for a property.

It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and the service they provide. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have now used RCS twice and on both occasions the experience has been outstanding. However, on this second occassion Nitin Randev has gone above and beyond to deliver an unbelievable turnaround time that I can not thank him enough for.
If you are contemplating whether to use this company or not, go ahead and use them, i dont see how you could be disappointed.

I was pleased with their advice which went far beyond other surveyors I have used over the years! If you are considering using a reputable trustworthy surveyor for your purchase don’t look any further! An excellent, friendly service where there is no question to silly, or one too difficult. Their response is always to answer truthfully, clearly and in a language even a fool like me would understand!

The survey report was detailed and clear, and the surveyor called me the same day to talk through the key findings and provide high-level feedback, which was really appreciated. Top service. We had an issue with our roof and after having several tradespeople out decided to get a survey to understand the exact cause. Very knowledgeable, straightforward and honest about what was required. Would use again and recommend their services.

We had a level 3 survey carried out River Crest surveyors in Netley, Hampshire.

They were able to fit us in around a busy schedule and had a very fast turn around with the report. He was available to come out on a weekend because we were in a rush after a previous surveyor in the area had let us down.

Nitin himself personally conducted our survey and let’s just say he saved us thousands of pounds.

What I really appreciated most about his approach was the immediate phone call after the survey was conducted. We spoke on the phone for 30 minutes, he told us all the major issues and gave an overall opinion on the property. This was invaluable to our negotiations.

Without Nitin and his team we would have been oblivious to hidden issues that the property had. The actually review was ready in 72 hours and we proceeded with the purchase.

Honestly couldn’t recommend this business enough, they were worth every penny, truly a 5 star service from start to finish. The best thing was they were not even the most expensive surveyor around.

I would not hesitate to use them again and would encourage anyone that’s looking for a proper job to be done to consider them.

We had a Level 3 survey taken on a property a couple of months ago. The team did an exceptional job, with the arrangements, the surgery itself and feedback. On the day of the appointment, the surveyor gave me a call to run through her initial key findings & thoughts, which I deeply appreciated. This was followed by a very detailed report, which I was even surprised by. It help guide us on the housing process going forward and I couldn’t thank them enough.

From start to finish, the process was very smooth and well communicated. The survey took place within a few days of confirming our information and simply, I've been blown away by the depth of detail the surveyor covered and produced in the report. It's a 10/10 service - wholly recommended!!

I'm delighted that I chose River Crest to complete our level 3 survey. Nitin went above and beyond to explain the implications for his findings so that we were able to make a fully informed decision for our purchase. This is by far the most comprehensive survey I have received on a potential property.

A really friendly and timely service. The survey was carried out within 1 week of request. On the day of the survey I got a call to explain the main outcomes followed quickly by an e-mail and interim report. The layout of the report was simple to follow with a clear coding system for severity of issues noted and the report was very detailed.

Very unprofessional, left furniture pulled out, clambered on the bed, reported back to vendors on subjects that were not related to a structural survey. Avoid

The survey was booked only a few days later and I was kept in the loop of what was going on the whole way through.
Everyone I spoke to on the phone knew their stuff and were clear and helpful. They always pick up the phone. The surveyor also called me just after her finished his survey and explained in detail everything he found and what he thought and some advice was also given.
All my interactions by phone and email have been faultless. I would highly recommend to anybody.

Service was amazing from start to finish. We needed a survey after recommendations for an environmental search on a property we were purchasing. Able to give us a quote as soon as we explained what we needed. No hidden fees. Got a date within a week of the quote, as soon as the survey was done, we got initial feedback, and got a draft report the same day. We were told that it would take 5-10 working days for a full report to be made available, however we got ours within 2 working days of the survey! So professional, and would recommend to anyone needing any survey completed

This is our first survey carried out by River Crest Surveyors and we were very impressed with the service we received. The Surveyor called me after conducting the survey to discuss the main issues with the property and sent me a draft report a few days later. The report is fully comprehensive and includes photographs. We are looking for another property and would be very happy to use River Crest again.

River Crest was booked for a L3 building survey on an older property I was purchasing. From the start of the process River Crest were prompt and professional, the survey date was booked in within 2 weeks of my request.

Michael Kus Completed our survey, he was very thorough and detailed, he took the time on the day of the survey to call me and talk through his findings. I received a draft report that day and the complete QA’ed report within 10 days later.

River Crest took the time to call me again the final report went out to ensure I had been able to receive it ok. A first class service at a competitive price, I would not hesitate to recommend them if you require any kind of surveying work.

Very efficient. Liked that they sent a sample report so you understood what to expect. Level 2 report was very good. Received a call after the survey so was able to ask straight away if there were concerns. Draft report Received within 5 days , final report about 10 days after survey. Not the cheapest but certainly good value

Quick, efficient and very thorough. I read a selection of reviews before booking a level 3 survey. Honestly really impressed with the response to the odd one star reviews. I was contacted shortly after booking for details of the estate agents and was updated throughout. Starting with a call from the surveyor immediately after the survey followed up by an email . With detail of the highlighted issues. A version of the full report was received a couple of days later and the final quality checked report about 10 days later. Absolutely without question the best service I have received from a surveyor. I have also missed a few calls asking if they can offer any further support, explanation and request for feedback direct. Happy to provide this publicly. And highly recommend their service.
