Nothing but positives. They came over and fitted earlier than had expected. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. And returned to tidy up hole left by the removal of an old gas fire.

Flashing local council name whilst cold calling to make it look like the council has sent them round. They look up your energy certificate for the Government grant, if you don't qualify they try and get your name for a quote. Pretending like they know who you are already.

Their ethics are bad! THE COUNCIL HAS NOT ASKED YOU TO DO THIS STOP USING IT AS A WAY IN AND LOOKING UP PEOPLES HOUSE DATA. Sleezy and shady, this won't make me want to use them in the future - ever. Any company that cold calls, especially in this manner, is a no go for me.

absolutely horrific. they installed a boiler at my elderly mums house, said it had a 10 yr warranty then lied and said no we are only giving 5 yrs (when we had paid for 10) - ill be reporting to the ombudsman

Great company with fab communication. Seemed too good to be true and was not mutually sceptical but Sean updated me throughout and everything was installed perfectly. Boiler is too notch. All docs have been sent through and the company was able to supply replacement copies over a year later with still no costs.

Full central heating installed and it feels like a new home with the loft insulation, new radiators, a new window and a thermostat. My family and I are extremely grateful with all the team that has been over and the amazing work they’ve completed in such a short time. Appreciations to all the staff who did our loft insulation, electric wiring and fitted new radiators all around the house in 2 days. Really impressed with the level of respect from the team and cleaning after their job was done. Overall, I would like to say I highly recommend the RMS Team.

We have just had our home upgraded with a new boiler, loft insulation and new sensor radiator Thermostats and PIV system. We are extremely happy with all the team that has been to our property and the excellent work they have done. Thank you to Steve who did our loft insulation and Andy and his brother who came and did a brilliant job fitting our new boiler and radiator valves. Andy also called us the following day to check everything was ok. Thanks to the Electrician and his son who came and did all the wiring of the boiler and PIV system. What a fantastic company!
We had a letter through the post and thought the offer of a grant for a new heating system etc was a scam!- but how wrong we were!
From our very first contact with Shaun, to the help with the application etc and having the team
round for the installation was totally faultless.
Shaun guided us through every step, responding very quickly to any queries we had and guided us through the process.
The Team who installed the central heating were amazing! They were professional, polite and very very experienced in their work.
After having no central heating for 37 years I couldn't believe I could get a grant, and it wouldn't cost me a penny!
I was very sceptical about it, at first I thought it must be a scam, but having read more into it we found it actually wasn't! They installed the central heating system in ONE day!!

I have had a first time central heating system installed, boiler,radiators and heating controls by RMS energy through the ECO4 scheme. Firstly, and I am a massive sceptic of everything, this scheme is totally legit, don't think there is a catch or its "too good to be true". I did at first and I was massively wrong. Shaun from RMS came to do the initial surveys and explained everything to me concisely, how it all worked and the follow up gas survey was done shortly after and again all my questions were answered. The team that came to install everything were polite and trustworthy and by the time I was home from work it was all done. Very neat job and no mess left behind. The heating controls were installed the next day and again a very neat job with no mess left behind. If your thinking of doing this and maybe having doubts, just call RMS Energy and have a chat with them, they're very professional, personable and not pushy in the slightest! Brilliant job.

The person I was dealing with Shaun was amazing, explained the whole process to me and arranged for the work to be carried out by RMS energy at my property. Really helpful and easy to contact. RMS Energy have put storage heaters, solar panels, loft insulation and cavity wall insulation for free of charge would highly recommend them specially having Shaun as point of call. Excellent service and also made a point I can still reach out if I have any questions. Thank you guys you made my home a warmer happier home.

I’ve had my central heating for four months now, and no significant issues so far. So very pleased. First thing. It’s definitely not a scam. I receive no means tested benefits, and was able to have central heating fitted free in the Coventry area. The ultimate decision on whether you are accepted is not up to RMS, so it could be different where you live.

I highly recommend RMS Energy Solutions. Very professional and great work carried out. I love the storage heaters and great Solar panels. Thank you Shaun, Mohammed, Kim, Ian and all involved. A warmer winter in this house this year.
