From start to finish, (7-8 weeks) I was kept in the loop. From the initial interior wall insulation from Jay and his team to the solar panels being installed took about 4 weeks. All of the teams that came out were very professional and friendly and were happy to answer any questions. There was no mess left behind by any of the workmen. I can now enjoy a lovely warm home in its entirety instead of living mainly in one warm room throughout winter. Really impressed with the air source pump and look forward to saving on my energy bills . Thank you to Alex and Shaun for organising all the work which was paid for entirely by grants. 100% recommended

It's not too often that a company gets a 5 star review for NOT doing a job. Having looked carefully around the outside of my bungalow and looking at the plans for the extensions done by the previous owner I decided that I had no cavity wall insulation so asked for a few quotations. This was borne out by the EPC. RMS's quote was by far the most competitive, using good quality 'bonded Superbead', so I asked them to survey my property. Mitch and another gentleman whose name I didn't catch (sorry) came early a few days later. Having inspected my cavities (?!) they told me that there was, in fact, insulation present. Not only was I impressed by the original quotation I was equally impressed by their honesty and cheerfulness. It would have been very easy to have carried on and charged me. I'm almost sorry that the job didn't need doing and, for the above reasons I would recommend this company.

I had a heat pump fitted by them to replace my old electric boiler and they were an excellent company as they were really helpful from start to finish. The work was done to a really high standard and they explained all the information needed throughout the whole process. The tennants were really happy with the work done and now they are saving on thier bills :) I would fully recommend them 👌

I would highly recommend this company. Every telephone conversation was helpful and friendly, the young lady even replied to my text when she was on holiday. The whole transaction went through smoothly and I was kept informed throughout. I am looking forward to having a warm house for the first time in ten years.

We had the whole works done, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, air source heat pump and solar panels. From start to finish every workman was extremely polite, professional and they all cleaned up after themselves. Shaun was always available if we had any queries and although there was a couple of hiccups, Shaun quickly sorted them out. The bungalow is 100% warmer after the wall and loft insulation, solar panels work great and helping us save money. We have had the air source pump on a couple of days for the heating and it appears to be working great, but not been cold enough to have it working to its full potential, which I am certain it will more than sufficient. The water side of it is definitely hot enough for day to day usage. We are normally using the gas bottles a lot at this time of year and the bungalow was only about 12 degrees, at the moment it has not gone below 18 degrees without the heating on. As we live in North Wales we were surprised how quick everything was sorted. Highly recommend RMS. A big thank you to you all.
This was all done on the ECO4 scheme and as I qualified for the grant, it did not cost us a penny, really was something for nothing at its best.

Hey everyone. just want to tell you all about our central heating installation by RMS Energy Solutions.
It was such a good experience from the beginning when Craig came to explain an energy grant scheme that we might be eligible for. He was so knowledgeable and easy to understand and we were delighted when we were accepted.
From then the service from the admin team, the surveyors and the installation guys was brilliant.
I must give a particular mention to Carl, Carl Junior and Paul, the installation team who were not only very professional but went the extra mile to ensure that both we and our anxious dog were looked after throughout the installation which was carried out so speedily and efficiently.
The electrical team who arrived on the second day were so quiet that we hardly knew they were in the house.
We were given a full briefing at the end of the installation and we are so grateful to all at RMS because this is going to make such a difference to our lives

The tradesmen were very professional and took care to keep the house clean. They explained the process as they went. Would certainly recommend.

My wife and I both though that the RMS Energy Solutions grant deal offered by their area manager sounded too good to be true. How wrong we were. Day 1:- 2 very kind and polite gents fitted interior insulation to our stairwell which is immediately under the roof tiles. On day 2:- 3 more very kind and polite gents removed our old hot water cylinder, cold water tank from loft and fitted a Worcester Bosch condensing boiler, and seven large radiators in our 3 bedroom house. All exposed pipes were covered with UPC covers designed for the job. All floors and carpets were refitted undamaged. On day 3:- 2 more very kind a polite gents arrived to fit all the electrical systems even including installing an APP on my phone to control the entire system remotely. A truly top draw job and covered by a government grant. From start to finish, from area manger to all involved a five star job.

From first contact to job completion, which took approx' 7 weeks, the whole procedure was conducted professionally and efficiently. I was kept well informed at every stage of the application. Once the grant was approved, a convenient date for the installation was agreed. The 3 man installation team worked in unison with each man expertly doing his job quickly and above all professionally. The whole installation was completed in approx' 5 hours. The electrician arrived the following morning to complete the electrical testing and commissioning, again this was done quickly and professionally. Overall I was most impressed with the guys work ethics and I would give them my highest recommendation.

No doubt you've just received a letter from RMS energy regarding free central heating, and you're googling it now to see if it's a scam. Good news, it is NOT a scam. I live in Lincoln, and earn below the limit you need to qualify. I don't receive any benefits. RMS energy dealt with the majority of the paperwork, with just a short form needed to be completed by me for submission to the district council. Once the council approved the application, RMS energy were very quick to arrange dates for the installation of the central heating, and also the insulation I qualified for. All the work was completed over the arranged period (3 days), all RMS staff were friendly and professional, and kept me updated where necessary while completing the work. They also cleared any mess up afterwards. I am 100% happy with the work completed, they went the extra mile, and it still seems almost unbelievable I got it done for free. If you think you qualify, contact them, you won't regret it.

This is not a scam! We now have a new boiler, loft insulation and flat roof insulation at no cost. The workmanship is fantastic and the guys performing the same were super professional, friendly and respectful. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was kept clean and tidy. Their timekeeping was impeccable. We cannot fault them.

I live on my own in a house since Tracy passed away and I'm on universal credit the house I live in had no heating at all just an open fire and I had no hot water because the immersion tank was broken.

I got in contact with them and they told me what they could do for me and I must admit I thought they can talk the talk I guess I will find out if they like up to it.

First they fitted new loft insulation and then they fitted internal war insulation which took a few days and they also fitted air vents in all room including electric ones in the kitchen and bathroom and finally they fitted a Samsung complete air source heat pump heating and hot water system that works that work brilliantly the house is a lot warmer even before I turn the heating on

and to think it was all free.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they are worth trying if you need their service

From start to finish dealing with Shaun and his team has been seamless. The team who carried out the installation were fantastic, helpful, polite, friendly and efficient. They worked hard and got the work done in a day and left everything tidy when they had finished. I highly recommend this company, dealing with them has been exceptional easy and a pleasure.

SUPERB COMPANY - I replied to a leaflet about new heating and insulation on a grant but was really wary , it seemed to good to be true. The staff and installers were brilliant all the way through. I now have an insulated home and also a lovely new heating system with a new Air Source Heat Pump supplying both my heating and hot water. I no longer have to keep checking to see if my LPG bottles have run out. Thanks Shaun, Shane & all the other lads, I appreciate what you've done tenfold

We are a national landlord office and have worked with RMS Energy now for almost 12 months. They have installed new heating systems, loft insulation and flat roof insulation in 4 of our properties so far and we have been very pleased with the standard of work carried out. The contractors are wonderful- professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They also clean up after themselves which is a big plus for us and our tenants! I would have no hesitation in recommending RMS as we have been very happy with the service they provide.
