Very quick communication, and products arrived as described

I did find the website a little difficult to navigate and wasn’t confident I had ordered the correct items colour and finish but I seemed to have got it right and the bags arrived faster than I expected beautifully packed and we are delighted with them. I will be ordering the full set for the frunk to match the internal set. Very happy.

We ordered the bags and asked for a quick delivery so we could use them in the car for our holiday driving through France. An incredibly quick turnaround for a full set of luggage coming in from Germany was achieved. Amazing. Communication was great - we got several emails updating on progress. All the bags arrived exactly as ordered and they are beautifully made, they fit perfectly, we are delighted. Highly recommended.

The bags were constructed and shipped quickly, per my specs. I chose black thread for a plain, yet elegant look. They arrived in one solid box, each individually bagged for protection. THEY FIT IN TRUNK PERFECTLY TO MAXIMIZE SPACE. I could not be happier!
