The on-site team executed extremely well and we had a great event. This was our first time using Roadtrips and it probably won't be the last!

First class experience and hospitality from the Road Trips team!

From start to finish - the sales process through fulfillment- was easy and enjoyable. The communication of meeting onsite rep Matt made it very clear and organized. We had the trip of a lifetime. The only part I didn’t quite like was that when I paid for the package up front, Roadtrips couldn’t tell me exactly what hospitality venue was included in the package. Later I was told it would be the Executive Club, which wasn’t my first choice. Then 2weeks before trip was notified that the venue would be Magnolia Club, which was actually great because that’s where we wanted to be anyway, so that was a welcomed change. Bottom line is that it would be preferred if we were able to just get a commitment on hospitality venue when the trip was originally booked and paid for. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Did not think the Sheraton was a good hotel, you may want to consider looking at other options.

we travelled out from Australia for the Superbowl in New Orleans.. Raphael our on site host was very helpful and friendly. the accomodation part of the package was great in a nice central location and close to everything.. had a wonderful experience and the gift pack was great as provided our clear bag and some memorabilia for us... awesome experience all round

they met some nice people and game day was fun

My family and I have been traveling with Roadtrips since the London Olympics in 2012. They never disappoint. Their HQ and onsite staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. Event tickets are always fantastic. And they do their best to make every trip memorable. My most recent trip to the Paris Olympics was no exception. Could not recommend them more highly.

When Tokyo summer Olympics was rescheduled we expected a full refund. Our only option was Paris. Fortunately we were healthy enough and calendar worked or we would have lost a lot of money. Paris was very nice but hotel was average!!! Really disappointed refund was not an option!!!! Not first class as we expected!!!!

Roadtrips was amazing to work with and my clients were very happy! They were quick to respond to any concerns I may have and were extremely professional. Will be looking to book with them again next year!

The people are really nice but the coordination after the first couple of days was lacking. No one was around to ask questions. We later found out the main person went back to the States.

This year we did the Rose Bowl and Paris Olympics with Roadtrips. The coordination, personal service, and accommodations were first class. We have recommended to friends and are looking into additional trips - fantastic! No surprises or issues - you can’t go wrong!

Helpful instruction on getting around the city, setting up the transportation apps, and being always available for questions or anything that came up. A real pleasure to deal with.

The Roadtrips folks were very attentive to our needs from the time we landed in Paris until the time we left. They met with us each morning to discuss our itinerary, they assisted in obtaining tickets for the day, downloaded travel apps and provided helpful counsel throughout the trip. Masters Tournament, great coordination with out ground transport. Tickets and gift pkg as promised and on site registration at Hotel. Accommodations were as advertised.

Roadtrips is a professional travel company to work with for sporting and special events worldwide. I booked clients to New Zealand for the FIFA 2023 Women's World Cup soccer matches. The Canadian sales & booking staff were a pleasure to work with. Kate Burzynski and Brian Benci, thank you for excellent customer service. I, as a travel advisor, was kept up to date along the way, with all travel details. No surprises for me or my clients.

My clients texted pics along the way. MultiGen family. Smooth plans on transfers, hotels, tours, flights( seat assignments pre-booked) and the event ticket location for their 3 Team USA matches were AMAZING for all 3 games.

My travelers advised the ground staff's customer service was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and answered questions and made suggestions for enjoying the country along with their follow Team USA Kiwi adventure.
