It's scam. They don't ship products! don't buy!!!

UPDATE: some products are missing and you don't answer from facebook support. There is no tracking number for that item.

I ordered a one-shouldered sports bra and wasn't sure whether it would be as supportive as it needs to be but I wore it to the gym today and was very satisfied! Will definitely order something again.
The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is that it took quite long to arrive and the packaging was like the ones from cheap Chinese websites, so it would just make a better impression with something saying RockActive (:

Do not order from this company, its a scam to send you awful clothes made of totally non work out appropriate material that is not even stitched properly. I ordered 2 items, first one comes and I thought it was a joke, like pajama material for a workout all in one, fit for maybe a club, not for the gym. Terrible quality and stitching. I try and get a return and they want you to use their online system, you do that and then they need more photos and more info, takes forever and all the time you are watching your 14 'natural days' whatever that means slip by. I think its deliberate as when they do get back to you its to say sorry store credit or a replacement, no return! oh and the 2nd item, well its been shipped allegedly but hasn't shown up in any tracking system yet and I doubt I will ever see that. Dont waste your money.

This company is the con I have been chasing 4 months more than 30 emails but keep on telling me wrong track number and trying to make us give up they always do to con people

Stop let advertise or use Facebook or Instagram

This company is a rip off. When you receive you item it is cheap and not as discribed. When you contact them for a refund they give you the run around. I looked to PayPal to help me and filed a complaint. Rock active told me they would not refund my money until I closed the complain. I did as requested and they still never refunded me for the item. PayPal cannot help me now because I closed the complaint. This company is a scam. Beware

I've ordered a jump suit and it's just rubbish. The size in XS was still too large for my size. Now, they are trying to send another pair even though I did not place any more order. A total scam. Don't order from them. The material quality is rubbush😠

I just received a pair of athletic pants and I was compelled to review Rock Active. The product was not as described and not acceptable athletic wear. The pants have almost no stretch and no support at the waist. The front and back are cut the same so they are bulky at the crotch in the front, and don't come up high enough in the back. The material is almost completely poly and rather see-through. And not just when you bend over, but all the time. Shipping took over a month.
To sum up, they look amazing in the picture online but I would classify it as deceptive based on the product you receive.

I should have read the reviews first before making a purchase! I waited for 2 weeks and didn't receive no tracking or updates. I had to contact them to see what was going on but they only told me it takes 7-14 days for accurate updates but it doesn't delay the shipping. So I asked them if it was already shipped? Then they gave me a none working tracking number. So I had to contact them back about the issue and they said they'll have someone get back with me but never did! So I decided to cancel my order a few days later and they told me it was in transit and gave me another tracking number but of course it was also not working. It's funny how they pretend your order is already on the way when you tell them to cancel your order yet it's still not even shipped out and they don't want to do anything about that! The customer service sucks and is no help! People DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!

My experience echoes the other 1-star reviews. Does not indicate that they are shipping internationally, takes a long time to ship, and of course, worst of all, the quality is horrible. It looked like someone else had worn the leggings I received! Ew. Although they offer a refund, they require you to pay for shipping costs, which costs nearly as much as the product. Mia culpa for failing to do my due diligence before purchasing from them.

I would give this zero stars if I could.

Bought a pair of leggings for $30 and they could not have arrived more different to the advertised product. Different in colour, small and poor fit in size, and the material was so poor quality and so thin you could see my skin through them.

Instantly my heart sank as I recognised this is some dodgy chinese site selling ridiculously overpriced stuff for terrible quality. Imagine the killing they're making.

Tried to process a refund through their site, naturally they only give you 14 days in the first place after taking over a month to deliver (this in itself will be a warning to me next time I buy from a new site).
Instead I only got 'customer service' emails proclaiming to value me so much and yet just stalling for time asking for more pictures until 14 days had passed and then offering me a store credit as long as I still paid the shipping costs to send them back the product!!!!

Will be opening a PayPal dispute - please do this if you have used PayPal to be scammed by these guys.
If you haven't been scammed yet, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE

Leggings I received didn’t look at all like photo on the website. Absolutely the worst quality product I have ever seen & no instructions on website for refunds. I would give Zero stars if it was option.

Total scam. Absolute horrible quality. Stay far away

Do not order from these crooks! Its definitely a scam! I spend $162 with these guys and what i received was disgusting. My 5 year old daughters $5 leggings from kmart are of better quality than these leggings! The material is cheap and nasty and some of them arnt even sports material just cotton that dosent even stretch. My bed sheets are better quality than these leggings. Im so upset it took a month to get my order and now i have i only have 14 natrual days (whatever that means) to get these items back to them.
I just emailed them but will be posting back here with whatever the outcome is.

Iv created a facebook group called rock active is a scam if anyone wants to go and share their stories since we cant write anything on their page.

Bad service.. Its been over a 40days snd sign of delivery. Only answer one gets... Its in transit.. And the best part ,they do not even know who the courier is.How does one track the product. I think this is a fraud company. Do not buy from them...
