Giovanni had a look at the wheelchair and decided to take it back to the depot to fix the RH handle as the rivet was missing. He said he would return the wheelchair at 15:00. I asked him to return after 15:30 as no one would be home at 15:00. He arrived just after 15:30 with the repaired wheelchair. He checked the wheelchair out and told me the wheels need replacing as they are worn out. He’s ordered them and will arrange to have them fitted. We have to await a phone call for fitting the wheels. Excellent service!

I am quite frustrated with Ross Care. Due to fix my daughters wheelchair. And I called early morning to ask if they have any idea if they will be coming in the morning or afternoon as I am having to deal with a emergency for work, where someone is critically ill and I need to visit . I did not ask for a time slot just asked where abouts on the list and if it would be morning or afternoon.
The only response they can give me is he will call when on his way!

We have been with wallasey for years and put up with shoddy inexperienced engineers never getting correct parts and parts taking weeks and no communication between any of the staff there staff leaving because its such a bad place to work meaning my daughter of now 22 being left with no legs for weeks upon a time!!
Until PRESTON this is the team we need and my daughter deserves from the admin staff Lou Lucy to the amazing engineers Matty the best engineer top bloke very experienced amazing at his job not one of them have let us down they go above and beyond they care they are dedicated and they understand that if someone's wheelchair is out of use then so is that person its not just a wheelchair its independence its that person's legs life and mobility and they do everything they can to keep you safe and moving and that is exactly how it should be but that's not been our journey unfortunately up until 4 months ago we are truly grateful for the help and support we have had from the Preston Team they have shown us how it can be done and I only wish the other Ross Care depots had the same work ethics as Preston thanks Matty for driving miles to collect new parts for Charlotte and for starting earlier and finishing later to make sure she had her independence ❤️

This was also fitted quickly and both activities were performed with total professionalism.

Took my son for a wheelchair appointment today as his is getting a bit small and the lady we had was very helpful & knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to make sure we got the most suitable chair for him.

Sean took the time to ensure our son was very comfortable in his new chair and his patience, empathy, and understanding with our son made the whole process so much easier.
