I had a parcel arrive damaged by the courier we had to send this item back , I contacted the team from Rowen and immediately had a response and a replacement item sent straight out , first class service I’m so very grateful and will definitely shop here again 5* star service thanks again

Amazing experience with Rowen homes. Faulty item delivered. Upon contacting them with the issue, they were very rapid in their response and sorted it with no problems at all. I spoke to a colleague called Rosie and she was very understanding and sorted the issue promptly. Would highly recommend tower homes-beautiful items and excellent customer service!

Good delivery, product received had some imperfections and I was not satisfied with the product for the amount paid.
Poppy dealt with my issue and was helpful and resolved the problem as best she could as no stock was available for a replacement.

I had a query re ordering a product that was showing as constantly out of stock. Jenna very kindly made enquiries with the team re this and provided me with the answer. Jenna was very helpful throughout.

I received my order of many lovely Rowen products - but realised that one vase was missing. It was early evening, but I sent a query via their website. The next morning I had a reply from Jess F - letting me know that the vase was being issued from the supplier and would be on its way to me shortly. Great customer service - and products too. Just a quick warning though - it’s really hard to know what to choose from their brilliant selection!

There was a mix up regarding the delivery. Jenna was very helpful and made sure it was all sorted.

For my first ever order - a gold Handbag Vase. What a disappointment. Obviously was not quality control checked before being put on for sale. Faults in the handle and along the whole side of the item. Very very obvious - why ever was it sent out?? . However Grace, Customer Complaints handled it excellently and refunded me almost immediately.

I received my items on 31.07.26 one item was broken and the other had a rubber foot missing. I emailed straight away but as I not heard anything I telephoned on Tuesday 4th August and was given another email address. Despite emailing and including photos I have still not heard anything. Extremely disappointed!
