I had a slight issue wanting to return a table to rowen homes as it had gone slightly past the return period and i was very stressed about this.I called them up and spoke to stephanie G. I was TOTALLY shocked at her high level of customer service, it really was world class. What a lovely manner she has on the phone, calming, listening, understanding the issue, and applying a solution straight away.She completely owned the issue and immediately took my stress away.She definately adds the wow factor as far as customer service is concerned.Rowen homes , premium quality products backed with premium quality customer care, i am very impressed.

Awful experience with this retailer- sent me a broken item and despite FIVE emails to them, no one has responded. Out of money & having to put a claim with credit card company to get my money back, shambolic! Read the reviews> most of the items they sent are BROKEN. Think twice before placing an order.
***EDIT after Rowens Home pathetic response, how about YOU contact the customer that you ripped off with your BROKEN items?! Laughable response with the kiss at the end..

What a fantastic customer service from Rosie at Rowen Homes. I can't thank you enough for your efficiency and the kind gesture you got arranged on the my new sofa seats being marked. Rosie it's dealing with such efficiency that will certainly have me once again as a returning customer l. Thanks again, just praying good weather keeps us to use the wisteria sofa. We had an issue with our order (wall paper order not fully delivered). Within 12 hours of emailing the issue was resolved and our wallpaper was sent back out. It came a day later! Really appreciate the support and help of Grace.

I had 2 pictures delivered separately which were damaged! After reporting this to Rowen homes it was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Grace. She was helpful and responded to my numerous emails quickly and with kindness. Thank you Grace.

The whole experience with Rowan homes was seamless and the quality of the products is 10 out of 10 . I’ll be using them whenever I need something for my home

Returned 2 separate boxes, both saying delivered.
Only received 1 ref for one item.
Then told other items I returned were broken , despite the fact that when I received then one wasn’t in a box and the flowers were just in the box,
Being offered a 50 % refund when I only sent items back as they were received apart from one .
Won’t be ordering again as it’s a long drawn out process of constant chasing

There was a slight confusion with my order which has now been resolved however I spoke to Jess C with regards to my query and she was so helpful, really polite and was more than willing to help me with my query. She also contacted me the following morning to answer my query and now it’s resolved. Thankyou so much again Jess, you’re a star! X

Steph G was absolutely fantastic yesterday.
A product was gone from their website, she managed to source and quickly got my order placed!

Not heard anything since 23rd June in terms of updates. Seemed ironic I received an email assuming I received goods already and asking me to leave a review.

I absolutely love the quality of the pieces I have purchased from Rowen homes.
Delivery is always super fast too!
I did have one item that arrived damaged but I contacted customer services and Rosie was so helpful in getting my item replaced.

I love the stock Rowen Homes sells, I recently bought a few items for my new property. Unfortunately I had an issue with an item and Grace, very quickly and efficiently resolved my issue.

You sent the wrong item you send silver not gold

Contacted the customer services team 4 times about my rug that still hasn’t arrived yet. Spoke to 4 different people and been told different things by each person.
2/3 items have arrived which should have been stated in the delivery updates. The rug has magically disappeared. I’ve been told by two agents that I will get a phone call back or an email but there’s been no communication what so ever. I need to know what’s happening rather than being sent pillar to post repeatedly.
