The case was damaged when it was delivered (a crack in the case), another downside is it doesn’t come with a screen protector. After numerous contacts with the company a haven’t received the courtesy of a reply. Keep away from this firm they are a rip off.

I ordered a case from this website 17 days ago. I got confirmation that the order was received that day. I have received no updates on my order since then. The two email addresses bounce back as invalid. The phone number does not work. There is no way to get in contact with this merchant. The website lists an address that does not show the business when looking it up on Google maps.

Don’t buy here. Customer service is really bad. If you need to reach someone you will not get a reply for weeks

Terrible, terrible!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 I received two cases for my iPhone 17PRO. The first broke when I picked it up, the second one already broke in the box!!!!

Worst experience with this deceitful site, they have shown the most trendy case in picture but sent a very basic phone case which doesn’t even match the phone I’ve ordered iPhone case and they sent a very basic android case, do not trust them don’t order anything from here, you are gonna get duped refund regret trusting them.

Please don’t trust Trustpilot 5star reviews and go ahead and read one star reviews those are genuine and scammed by scammers I’m one of victims suffered by these scammers lost 1099/- rupees by ordered luxury metal case .

When I contacted royal case store they informed me that the website belong to Italy and they don’t operate in India. Some scammer faked their website and cheating people. They are using email address belonging to Italy based company in their fake website description as well. They don’t even deserve 1 star rating for service but deserve 1 start for art of deceiving people.

Fake company, fake products..total scam. Nothing what they charged for was given instead they sent some cheapo plastic covers which do not even fit my phone.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Complete fraud. Ordered z shaped metal for iPhone 14 pro max case but got two plastic cheap covers (not to mention the ‘free’ tempered glass) which will not even cost ₹100. There is no number to speak to and I don’t expect any reply from their email id. The number where I was getting order updates was from their logistics partner. Please stay away from these cheaters

I ordered ‘Liquid Minimal Metal Frameless case for IPhone ‘ and received two broken plastic cases.

Ordered my case on 19 March 2024 and it didn’t get here until today April 9, 2024. It took three weeks for my case to come. They waited 10 days just to tell me that the magnetic charging station I ordered was not in stock And after a quick Google search I realize that I could’ve bought this on any other platform for $20 as opposed to 60 do not buy from here. It’s a fake site with everything coming out of China. You may as well just buy it from shein or temu because that’s where it’s coming from anyway , the reviews are fake

I bought four cases because they were running a sale. It took nearly two weeks for them to arrive. The first case cracked in the corner after a couple of weeks. I inquired about a replacement, and they told me their warranty meant they’d replace it for “free” if I paid $10.00 for shipping. Really?! 10 bucks for a small, padded envelope that weighs almost nothing?! I emailed them back about how $10 and FREE aren’t the same thing and they never bothered to respond. So basically, they don’t stand by their products at all.

Terrible product and even worse service. I bought a glass case and it already broke in just two weeks.

I tried to contact them trough email and WhatsApp, but I still did not get any reply.

It doesn't charge. I bought one and it didn't work. I was told they were sending a replacement. It never came. Then they told me they needed a video, I sent a video and they told me the car phone holder is not a charger. I know that, it was just on the same order. It wasn't even in the video I sent. Do yourself a favor and skip the headache. Don't buy from them!

All the raving reviews have to be planted.
I too did not realize it had only a 14 day return policy and I gave the case and charger as a Christmas gift so it was a bit beyond the 14 days.

The phone and charger literally got so heated it was blistering to the touch and could have caught fire if my phone did not shut itself off from overheating.
The charger itself is warped from the excessive heat!!!

I asked them for an exception to refund me for their faulty product and they said only a store credit AFTER they received my product back and I’m responsible for shipping.

In today’s time, what company would only give a store credit to buy more of their crap products? Especially on a product that burned me and would have caught fire???!!!!
I’ve written to them twice asking how to leave a review on their actual website and they just ignore my question. That in itself tells everything you need to know.

Don’t waste your money on their crap. Buy locally.

Dal 2 Dicembre é ferma in Italia, non si sa dove, e il servizio assistenza mi ha risposto dicendomi che la cover arriverà (chat del 11 Dicembre).
Ho riscritto altre 3 volte, non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta.
In sostanza, 30€ persi.

I had previously ordered the product and was quite happy with it. I got my hubby another phone case because I think they're so cute together. The new order was incredibly simple to process. delivery in a timely manner
