Royal Suitcases Reviews

The site & choices are awesome! The only negative I see is that 1) place of origin of product isn’t UP FRONT as much as it could be & 2) the shipping time is waaay longer than I expected.(I received the product Dec. 14, 2022).

I bought the Tonga case and it is exactly as in the pictures. Good quality of the case and shipping times as described.

Garbage !!
The case doesn’t fit my phone. The back covers the camera and the company refuses a return/refund.
Beware there are NO returns with this company only store credit. And PayPal doesn’t want to help me even though they are suppose to protect us from these kinds of scams

Great customer service. Delivered on time. Product as described

I ordered one case and it came as described, I ordered a second case and received a joke with camera window not aligned and pockets for buttons either. The company doesn’t want to accept a return.

The case is really beautiful! I love it! Good quality and easy to use! I love the feeling when I hold it too! Love love!!!

Love these cases! Get so many compliments on how nice and ROYAL they look :)

Well constructed with a beautiful heart chain. A bit of glam but still goes with everything and does not look cluttered. Case is sleek and does not add too much volume

Easy to order, arrives quickly as described. Looks classy yet practical. Love the attachment for the car.
The green is pretty.

Love my new case! Super Cute and well made!

Wonderful experience dealing with this company. I made a mistake on my order. I contacted them via email and they fixed the problem quickly. My phone case arrived in a short amount of time and I love it!

I'm so impressed with this company. I made a mistake on my 2nd order of phone cases, I accidentally chose the wrong size for one of my 4 cases and didn't realize the mistake until it was already delivered. I contacted the company and they replaced it for just the cost of shipping!!! This is above and beyond my expectations. I already love the products, that's why I was ordering more cases for my new phone, but the service was such a pleasant surprise.

Beautiful case, lightweight and soft on the inside to not scratch.

The cost of the case is a little on the high side, but it arrived quickly and looks exactly as it does on the website. I'm really happy with it.

Enjoying the style/design of my new case. Shipping and tracking were satisfactory.

Absolutely Love my case. I was worried about the quality when ordering because I hadn't heard of this site, but don't be! Can't wait to order more.

I am very pleased with my case. It is easy to remove. I like the built in ring as well. It seems durable, but I have had it for less than a week. If you order it, just be prepared to wait awhile. I think mine took about 2 weeks, but it was worth the wait.

I was pleased with the quality of the case I chose and will purchase again from Royal Cases.

I love Royal cases. They are so beautiful. They are extremely protective. Stylish.
