Dont make the mistake I did. I read the return policy, but should have read all the way to the bottom. You do not actually get a refund, only store credit. If you return, you pay for shipping to Italy. So convenient for them to add this info at the very end, counting on people making dumb mistakes like me. Case and accessories are low quality, the worst I've ever bought (including $10 Amazon case) Why would I want store credit to receive another low quality case? There is no way 5 star reviews are real. I don't usually leave reviews like this. Trust me, in this day and age no stores have this return policy unless they know their product is not good. Hopefully this review helps someone not waste money in this economy.

I mistakenly purchased the wrong case. Upon letting them know, I paid for shipping of the correct one and they sent me that without having to return the wrong. That was great, though it took three weeks to arrive. However in two days the lens over the camera was broken.. okay I guess that’s my fault. Within two weeks the dial that hold it up (cheap plastic) popped off. I’ve ever had a case last less than a month EVER and I’ve had phones since before the iPhone. Very disappointing. Also, the side buttons were difficult to push as well. It was so beautiful. What a let down

I placed my order on November 9th and did not receive till November 17. When I got it, I couldn't believe that they can charge more than 10 dollars for the case. It is so cheaply made that the glue was still on it. The ring in the back would not close. I emailed them and said I wanted to return it for a full refund. They sent me an address in Italy and said that I have to cover the cost of shipping which would probably be more than what I paid for the case. Total scam and total garbage. Don't waste your money on these cases!!!

Very cheap quality and they do not give you a refund, they offer only store credit yet all of their items are the same and poor quality. Very unsatisfied.

My case arrived exactly when they said it would. It’s beautiful and great quality. I love the camera lense cover! Very unique. And the built-in stand is surprisingly easy to use and sturdy! Excellent company and products.

I totally love this phone cases 💕 the looks, the quality is so good. I drop my phone 100s of times and my phone still intact. This is my second time ordering and only because I wanted a different color.

I purchased a white case and the gold trim started to erode after only 3 weeks of use. They sent me a new case and the same thing happened after one month. I emailed them and there was no response. This case looks great for only about a week or so. What a disappointment! Don’t waste your money!

I ordered 3 cases for my iPhone 12 pro.
Cases are beautiful and the protection is good in 2 of them, but one (the black case) is too soft and don’t save the phone if falls on the ground.
I even notice that the 0,5x lens is not made good, if i try to take a photo it look like there is a fish eye on it with black circle bar because the case isn’t well made.
Today my phone fall down with the case and made a crack on the case; it saved my phone but crack the case.
When i take out the phone the case has increased the cracks on the glass, not good for me!
Take case on amazon, you will be happy and with more money on your wallet!

Good quality I love their cases

Unfortunately I have received damaged items due to the couriers who do not take care of the parcels. However they were replaced immediately without any problems.

I got my case a couple of days ago and each time I have it in my hand, someone comments how beautiful it is. It slides easily in my purse or pocket for easy carry.

I ordered 4 cases from this company. I can’t put all 4 cases on my phone at once. When I went to put the Ksenya case I ordered on my phone, the material is so flimsy that the corner of it just tore. I received these just over a month ago. I reached out to the company and they said since I was past my warranty time, they would replace it but I had to pay $9.90 for shipping. The case was originally $50. The material it is made out of is probably worth $5. I was extremely disappointed in customer service and in all actuality, the quality of this product as well. Would not recommend wasting your money.

it's a unique brand!There is a good variety of designs and pattems,covering all the Samsung and iphone models.shipping was pretty fast too.The prices are reasonable,considering the quality of the case.Literally the best case I could find for my phone.I would totally recommend this brand to everyone who wants a very nice quality and designed case for their phone.You are the best!!!
