One 9f the most stressful things in life is buying a new home. As an older couple the whole thing was very daunting.
AILISH KENDRICK was assigned us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She did have a day off during the process, and everything nearly fell apart (we did tell her not to have anymore time off...hahaha)

This is not the 1st time I have used new homes and I couldn’t fault them. Tahira had a professional yet very friendly and personable approach and made the process very easy and eased our doubts we had about certain aspects of applying for our mortgage. As a first time buyer, the buying process was a little daunting. Didn't really understand everything and felt open to being ripped off a little bit but the service provided (by Tolga Koch) was very open and honest through out. The fees he was able to obtain for me seemed fair, for both the mortgage and life insurance, and I couldn't better them doing my own searches afterwards so fair enough I feel.
