I honestly don't think I would be buying my first home without the help of Ian Winslow and the RSC New Homes team. As a first-time buyer with a complicated financial situation, I had been declined by other brokers who basically said it was impossible.

From the very first call, Ian was calming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He found a specialist lender who was willing to look at my case properly. The application appointment itself was over two hours long, where he went through every single document line by line to build a bulletproof case. That level of thoroughness gave me huge confidence.

He also provided fantastic, responsible advice on my mortgage term and life insurance that I genuinely believe was in my best interest. His fee was also significantly more reasonable than other brokers I had spoken to. If you're buying a new build and your case isn't straightforward, I cannot recommend Ian and RSC highly enough. They are genuinely worth their weight in gold.

I contacted RSC as my fixed rate mortgage is coming to an end. I was called back on the day I made contact, discussed my situation, and, after checking the offer from my current lender it was ascertained that a better rate could not offered. Despite this, the service was quick, efficient, my questions were all answered and I am now confident I have a realistic product offer from my current lender.

Fantastic company. Steven was our advisor and he went through everything from start to finish and found us the best deal that would still be valid as it was 10 months from our first conversation to completion. The whole team were always helpful and available, keeping us updated and on time with everything. They never made us feel as if there were silly questions, they were always happy to arrange an appointment, responded quickly to emails and answered the phone. We couldn’t have been happier. Looking forward to using them again in the future when the time comes to renew.

Tony and Emma made the whole experience an easy one. All options were discussed before we agreed the best way forward. The ongoing communication and touch points were excellent. These things are always daunting .....but the friendly, professional way this has been dealt with from start to finish has been excellent. Thanks for all your help - its really appreciated. 10/10 for Customer Service and putting the customer at the heart of every interaction.
