Genuinely could not have asked for a better experience and could not recommend RSC enough. From reaching out to them 2 weeks ago we have now received a mortgage offer, which was accepted within a week of applying. They explained the process from start to finish and made what seemed like a stressful time so easy. The moment we decided we are buying a new home, RSC have been so supportive and made sure we got the best mortgage deal! Tolga was so so helpful and patient! Laura and her team were absolutely brilliant handling my remortgage. Made my life so much easier and the process was a breeze from start to finish.

This is my second time dealing with RSC new homes, first was with my residential home and then the buy to let. RSC are so reliable, professional and they go all the way out to ensure that you get a good mortgage deal. This review won’t be complete without mentioning some specific people, I worked with Andrae Thompson and Julie Turner, they were absolutely fantastic, they listen, follow up and ensure that the mortgage deal gets approved. Infact they deserve a raise!!!
RSC are also very good in helping people on Tier 2 visas get mortgage deals so if you are in such a position looking for a sure mortgage adviser then they are the go to. They are 💯 reliable. I would have loved to give more than a 5 star if I could. You can never go wrong with RSC to be fair.

As a first time buyer i found RSC to be great, plenty of information was given to me and whenever i had any questions or queries they where more than happy to explain to me, i also had to get a mortgage extension due to it running out before the house was complete, once again when i contacted them they knew this already and explained the procedure to move forward, everything was just so easy on my end and i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a broker going forward.

We had been searching without success in securing a mortgage due to our earnings coming from USA in the form of Euros. Joanne utilised her expertise and navigated us to an agreement in principle and then securing an offer with a lender. Without Joanne's help we may not of been fortunate to secure a mortgage. This was all to the great Joy of my Wife. Joanne was on the ball every step of the way, huge amounts of knowledge is this field which made us feel confident we were in the right hands.
