We have used Ruby for about 4-5 months now and have been completely satisfied. They have done everything with ease and professionalism.

Ruby is good but inconsistent. For example, they do some things well - they pick up the phone, greet clients appropriately, gather information I need, etc. Unfortunately, they don't do this all the time. Sometimes, I set myself to available and they don't put calls through to me. Other times, they don't set an appointment for a new client, don't take detailed enough messages, get names or e-mail addresses for clients wrong, etc. If they could be more consistent I think they could do a much better job, because the employees who do good work do really good work.

Recently, a former legal assistant, now retired, called my office and the phone was answered by Ruby. The assistant's first comment: "Well I never sounded that cheerful when I answered your phones." These people are as professional as you can get in this business.

Unnecessarily long dialogs with customers

Excellent service and personable staff that has made every customer appreciate that we care by having somebody answering the phone. This answering service has helped our business tremendously, wish I implemented it sooner.

Its been a great service thus far, I have no complaint.

I have used Ruby for only a couple months so far, but I do not foresee that changing. The receptionist are the most polite, friendly, patient individuals I've worked with. The customer success team really is about our success. They routinely ask for feedback and try to tailor my experience with Ruby to my specific needs. Working with a third party minute details tend to get lost in translation but Ruby is more like another member of my team.
