I ordered the golden hour maxi. The dress arrived in a box, absolutely immaculate packaging. Felt like I was unboxing a designer item. But I pulled out the cheapest junk of a dress I’ve ever seen for £65. Quality was dire, like the type of material I’d expect from a market stall. Really cheap and poor. The strategy of the company is clever - basically they polish a turd. Poor quality clothing, high quality packaging that was absolutely A+. Returns were uncomplicated and refund received without incidence.

Ordered for the first time and I am so impressed with the quality of the material. I love the dress and feel so comfortable in it. Will definitely be ordering from Ruched & Ready again.

The delivery was exact on time, my first dress i ordered (At the waist) and it is exactly what you see on the website the material gorgeous and it is cut to fit - perfectly! Definitely returning for more outfits x

I've had the best experience with Ruched & Ready and also their customer service.
First of all, the dress that I have ordered (you wish) was absolutely stunning, great quality, double layered fabric, great style and overall super happy.
I had a slight issue with the delivery time and contacted the customer service, as I needed the dress for a special occasion.
The service team went ABOVE and beyond to help me out, offered several different options and were always quick in their responses, pro active options and overall super kind and lovely.
I will definitely order here again - new favorite brand for sure!

Ordered for the first time and last time! Placed a pre-order in November. Dress was delivered 2 weeks late. Worn once for a wedding and washed as per instructions. The sparkly thread in the dress pulled out, completely ruining the dress which I planned to where again NYE. Emailed customer service and answered all their questions around what detergent was used, what it was washed with etc, sent off pictures for them to investigate with their design team and then radio silence. I have also come to notice that my card was charged £78 at pre-order but the price on the website is £68 (now £40 in sale). Its been over 2 months trying to get an answer from them and I'm still waiting. Very poor material and shocking customer service!

Have ordered from Ruched & Ready a few times and have always been happy with their dresses. The most recent dress I ordered was awful quality, the materials were scratchy and cheap, the slip underneath the dress felt like straight polyester. I didn’t even try on the dress and arranged for a return the same day. I was disappointed to see that I had to pay and extra £4 for the return. After paying for next day delivery and the reason for the return being the quality of the dress I was shocked to hear from their customer service team that I still had to pay for a return. I expressed my concerns with the team yet no one wanted to listen. As a loyal customer I felt extremely let down and will not be purchasing from them again.

I have the You Wish mini dress and it’s the most incredible fabric and design. It cinches you in all the right places, the material is insane. I also love the longer sleeves to give that elevated look, so easy to style for different occasions, such as boots and heels. Such a good staple to have in the wardrobe for any occasion.
