Mediocre
I ordered over the phone and was told the item was in stock and ready to ship. I didn’t get a tracking number so a couple days past I called back only to hear the item was not in stock and it took a couple weeks to get the item in and shipped. The item I ordered was fantastic but the customer service was mediocre at best.

I found the product I wanted
I found the product I wanted, but instead of ordering online I called in, and the guy I spoke to on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful… Sent me over an email that allowed me to click and use Apple Pay… Received the product extremely quickly, and even though there was a defect, they replaced the broken part also very quickly and easily… Will definitely use this company again
