Perfect service from start the finish. We mainly dealt with Kia who made the process so easy and stress-free for us as first time buyers. She helped in anyway she could and kept us in the loop. Fiona was also great, easy to speak to and explained anything we needed clarifying. They also made the key collection special which was a nice touch!

A massive thank you to everyone at Ryder & Dutton in particular Fiona & Kia at the Holmfirth office. We had a really poor experience with Simon Blyth and switched to Ryder & Duton with Fiona & Kia taking personal responsibility for our sale. Fiona even offered additional advice on how to market the property, in particular the front elevation of the property. We liked the idea of adding some planters to the front aspect that we have taken these to our new property and still love them. Our sale was prolonged, approximately 6 months from agreeing the sale to completion and during this time we have really appreciated the effort and personal investment and support that Fiona & Kia privided in securing viewings and the eventual sale. Moving home is very stressful, but Fiona & Kia made sure that we were not only kept updated on progress but were proactive in chasing updates / information from the chain, which was really reassuring that the sale was progressing. Lack of communication and clarity from this company regarding offers submitted. They seem to have no mobile phones and from abroad I have to use email. I submitted sniffer for a property and havens no response negative or positive.

Professional and helpful throughout the whole process

We were really pleased with the service that we received from Ryder and Dutton in Holmfirth.
In particular, our negotiator Fiona who made sure the long drawn out process went smoothly. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Staff were always on time, friendly and informative on viewings. Maybe they need a little longer though as I occasionally felt rushed.
I liked having a dedicated team member after making an offer. Mine was always helpful and kind throughout the purchase period.
