I'm nearing the end of my property sale, and its been thankfully a smooth process so far. I expected a bit more stress, but Ryder & Dutton recommended a competent solicitor who've been great, and my Sales Progression Manager Ada has been extremely communicative and has put a lot of effort into chasing for updates and keeping me informed, which is something I greatly appreciate. The team in general are responsive when needed and I'm hoping this smooth nature continues to the end!

Having never sold a UK property before and being unfamiliar with the process, I felt it was particularly important for me feel I could trust the agent I finally selected when it came to disposing of my late M in L's property. Right from my initial enquiry and the subsequent valuation and listing I felt reassured that I was receiving the right advice and my best interests were considered important by those staff members I communicated with.
Although many of the staff at the Middleton branch office can be commended for their various interactions with me, I must single out Ada Grundy for taking time to explain the process we would be going through. Have nothing against part Ryder and Dutton took in selling our house in fact can recommend them but simply for the fact they recommended Birchall Blackburn solicitors and get money off them for it, there is 1 star and if i could i would give minus 10 star. Be very aware and do not take recommendation of using this solicitors if you don’t want to pay extortionate price way way higher than it should be as well as waiting for your sale to go through for half a year and nearly lose it and then scramble to pack in less than a week.

A good experience overall. The initial stages to get to advert were a little slow, we had to wait a couple of weeks for photos to be taken etc. The handling of the sale was really good. We were supported by Bryony who unfortunately had to massively compensate for the poor quality of solicitors but did so really effectively.

From start to finish you have kept me informed on every single detail from viewings ,offers. Bids. Etc etc etc. and I couldn’t have been more happy with the way the sale went.
