I wasn't wrong....they sold it in 4 days . Michaela did all the ground work with the buyers. Once it was sold, Jenny rang me every week with an update. If jenny was unavailable, I'd get a call from Jade . Great communication is key when selling /buying . I would highly recommend Ryder &Dutton.

Poor tracking of status. Lots of 'waiting for response' when you ask for updates.
Unlike most services they get full fees despite poor delivery.
