Never delivered

I ordered the pink salt chantelle baroque dress, I never received it even though I was told it'll be delivered in 3 weeks, 3 months later nothing received and no refund either, do yourself a favour and do not order from here.

The staff are very accommodating

The staff are very accommodating, gave efficient replies and were overall lovely. My dress was beautiful delivered fast. Will certainly be ordering from this business again. Great value 👍🏼

I ordered several outfits three weeks…

I ordered several outfits for an event. I paid for next day delivery. Three weeks later- the outfits have not arrived.
I contacted them regarding this issue.
I didn’t receive the items so I requested a full refund. I’m now waiting for them to trace this delivery so then they will refund me once they are compensated by the delivery company. I am within my customer rights to request a refund for goods paid for but not received in time but now I’m waiting for this refund.
I will not order in the future.

The parcel was sent with free next day delivery but was lost in the delivery process. This is a very rare case scenario as all of our other next day parcels are delivered on time.

We did offer to send you a replacement package but that was rejected by you.

I have not received goods and waiting…

I have not received goods and waiting for refund please confirm when I will receive the refund. I purchased goods over 4 months ago and have not received any goods or refund?

Please note Never use this website!!!!!

I received goods last week which was 4 months after I ordered them and have no desire to keep them as the wedding was in August please confirm when you will refund my purchase in full?
And organise to pick these goods up as they are no use to me now?

I do not recommend anyone using this site as they promised me a full refund in 24 hours and now expecting me to keep goods I ordered in June 2022 for a wedding that was in August this year.
I await confirmation of my refund?

I’m reply to message received on 2 October I was offered a refund in full from the Sadaf Collection team on 27 July 2022 and I confirmed on the same date to issue my refund.

I have all my emails and Sadaf collect teams email to prove I requested a refund within the refund period as I did not want the garments 3 months after I ordered.

This is a very unpleasant experience for me and would like to speak to a manager as I want to process a complaint! Please organise for details of management to be sent to me asap!!

On our system it shows that your item has been delivered a few weeks ago. We had also emailed you the tracking details at the time of shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the item was already delivered and no return was requested within the returns timeframe.

At first you informed us that the goods weren’t delivered and that’s why we agreed to a refund but once our team checked on the system, the tracking was showing as being delivered. For a refund to be issued, the item must be returned which hasn’t been done.

The colour of the outfit was completely different in real life compared to the website. The quality of the dress wasn’t as good as expected/portrayed online. I chose next day delivery. However, it took 3 days to arrive.

THE 3D'S- DISHONEST, DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING

Apologies for the long review BUT PLEASE READ AND PLEASE PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THIS PLACE, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT, REPLY WHEN THEY WANT AND IGNORE YOU THE REST OF THE TIME. I PURCHASED AN ITEM ONLINE AFTER IT STATED THERE WAS ONE ITEM IN STOCK- OBVIOUSLY WHEN IT SAYS 1 ITEM IN STOCK IT MEANS THAT THEY PHYSICALLY HAVE THE ITEM- BEING MISLED I PURCHASED THE ITEM ON THE 9TH OF JULY 2022 THINKING IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN THE 20 TO 25 DAY TIME FRAME MENTION- BUT OH BOY WAS I WRONG!? THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER AND SO STRESSFUL

1. 9th July 2022 order placed in the knowledge that there was one item in stock and I was purchasing that! And that delievery will be in 20 to 25 days BUT LITTLE DID I KNOWNI WAS MISLED!

2. 15th July Asked for an update on my order AFTER READING THE REVIEWS AND STARTED TO GET WORRIED. (PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID)

3. 15th July sent order number as requested BUT NO REPLY TILL...

4. 18th July (3 DAYS LATER) stating order to be fulfilled

5. 21st July requested for another update

6. 22nd July was told that this was NOW a pre order item it's 4 to 5 weeks delievery time, BUT HOLD ON IT WAS NOT MENTIONED BEFORE!! AND THIS WAS WHERE THE LIES AND EXCUSES STARTED

7. 25th July I replied stating that I have been misled and lied to, questioned when I will recieve the order, stated dates that I need the outfit for

8. ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY AT ALL FROM THEM TILL 2ND AUGUST

9. August 1st and 2nd messaged again asking for an update... no reply till 2nd saying THEY will contact the warehouse team. NO FOLLOW UP REPLY AT ALL TO TELL ME THE STATUS.

10. August 5th I CONTACTED THEM ONCE AGAIN FOR AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER.

11. August 5th AGAIN THEY STATED YOU WILL CONTACT THE WAREHOUSE TO FIND OUT.

12. August 8th I ONCE AGAIN CONTACTED FOR AN UPDATE, BEARING IN MIND THEY NEVER EVER HAVE THE DECENCY TO UPDATE ME BY THEM THEMSELVES!! I became extremely annoyed and appalled with the rubbish customer service and their lack of interest.

13. August 10th, 11th I ONCE AGAIN CONTACTED THEM FOR AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER.

14. NO REPLY TILL THE 12TH STATING "OUR WAREHOUSE TEAM HAS ADVISED A DELIEVERY WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS" MEANING THEY HAVE DISPATCHED THE ITEM BUT AGAIN THAT WAS A LIE!!

15. August 12th, August 14 I CONTACTED ONCE AGAIN FOR AN UPDATE AND TRACKING DETAILS

16. August 14th Another lie and excuse and contradiction to their precious message stating the items will be dispatched soon and has not yet been done, then tracking details will be provided. AGAIN RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MORE LIES.

17. August 16th again messaged again for an update but was IGNORED

18. August 17th again messaged for an update AGAIN IGNORED

19. August 18th again messaged for an update WAS IGNORED.

FINALLY GOT FED UP YESTERDAY AND CANCELLED MY ORDER AND WITHIN SECONDS THERE WAS NOT EVEN A REPLY TO APOLOGISE OR EVEN STATE THE ORDER IS DISPATCHED... NITHING AT ALL AND SECONDS LATER I RECIEVED A CANCELLATION EMAIL!

I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS AND THEIR LOCAL COUNCIL AND MPS FOR THEIR APPAULING LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUDULENTLY MISLEADING CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS STATING IN STOCK TAKING THEIR MONEY AND THEN DISAPPEAR FOR WEEKS UNTILL YOU PULL THEM UP ON IT.

MY ADVICE- DO NOT GIVE UP.... KEEP PESTERING THEM ON THEIR CHAT, INUNDATE THEM WITH EMAILS AND MESSAGES.
REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS.

NOTE TO SADAF- PLEASE TRY TO SAY YOU DO NOT RECOGNISE MY NAME OR THE DETAILS IN THIS REVIEW AND I WILL PROVIDE 101 DETAILED EVIDENCE AND PROOF TO PROVE WHAT A LIAR AND HORRIBLE COMPANY THIS IS!!! First they disappeared for days and then came up with the excuse of not receiving any payment from me. When I sent the proof they blamed their payment team for it. Now I want my refund as the occasion I needed the dress for is gone but forcefully have dispatched the order. Total fraudulent please dont put yourself in trouble. They are headache!

Beautiful Suits!

I ordered 2 suits from Sadaf’s Collection, both stitched and unstitched suits. The stitched one was perfect and stitched to size! Both suits were beautiful and exactly like the pictures on the packaging. Definitely recommend!

I placed an order for a few dresses to gift to family members for eid and they were delivered way before the estimated delivery time. The quality of the suits is amazing and they are stitched professionally to a very high standard.

Stay away !!!!
I would actually give this company 0 stars if it were possible.
Avoid this company. I think they are a fraudulent company.
I ordered a gown from them for my son's Wedding.
I was assured it would arrive within 4 weeks.
I waited patiently and after 2 months and the wedding soon approaching, the dress had not arrived, despite assurances from the customer care team that it was on its way.
After 3 months I contacted my credit card company and lodged a complaint to have a charge back.
I was refunded the money to my account although Sadaf's Collection were arrogantly challenging my dispute .
I won the case anyway!
Stay away from them!
And never buy using a debit card online!
Always use a credit card as if I had bought with my debit card I would have lost the £136.

scam company

There have been a lot of recent fake positive reviews, however please do not be fooled. Read the numerous 1 star reviews as this company is indeed a scam. They sent me the wrong and faulty product - an initial email exchange said they could exchange the item, not refund it as it was on sale. After this there has been no reply to my many follow up emails. The item is not original - it is a fake knock off version at designer prices. Absolute scam of a company. Do not be fooled by their nice website.
