Replica clothes and awful customer service! Spend your money elsewhere!
I ordered a Maria B outfit from the Mbroidered collection (carrot and bronze) but the outfit which arrived was a replica and an amateur one at that! It looked nothing like the pictures advertised, instead of a long dress with palazzo trousers I received a short shapeless Kameez and loose straight trousers which had shoddy stitching. ( I even saw this replica in southall for much cheaper then the £170 that i paid, only theirs was not falsely advertised as Maria B)!
When I then tried to ask for a refund they refused, and only when I threatened to raise it with PayPal they accepted the refund… however, despite multiple messages and stringing me along for a month they never issued a refund. I then had to go through PayPal to eventually get my refund no thanks to sadafs collection. It was a long drawn out process which was a complete waste of time, it caused me nothing but stress.
The customer service is poor, they take no liability for their mistakes and on top of that they don’t give you a refund. This company is a joke, not respectable In any way. Save your money and buy elsewhere, this place will give you nothing but a headache.

We do offer exchanges and refunds for orders and do take full responsibility if you’re not satisfied with the item. Before purchasing an item, you’re able to request live images or videos to make sure you’re satisfied before purchasing.

Sadaf collections is great. before buying my Abaya, i asked a few questions to the bot. I got my responses back and with that confidence i went ahead and purchased my abaya from website i am using for the first time. The user experience was smooth and easy. The check out was safe and i received confirmation emails which made me feel secure. They delivered via evri who are fantastic because evri keep you up to date with the parcel delivery process. The dress came well packaged, no complaints and it fits perfectly! This was a pleasant experience. I would buy from Sadaf collections again.

Good costumer service
The trouser was missing only tunique and dupatta was found in my parcel.
I contacted Sadaf collection by email as I had an issue and the customer service was really quick and understanding. They accepted a refund in my situation. They understand, reply quick and help in the process. They refund me as soon as they received the parcel.

The worst company ever! DON'T ORDER.
The worst company ever, if I could rate ZERO I would. Ordered outfit which didn't even resemble the picture and also arrived damaged. Requested a refund within 15mins of receipt. Was told to send back (which cost me £11!) And they will check if they can refund.
Fast foward, 8 weeks later after numerous emails, a couple acknowledged and then the rest ignored until I mentioned legal action, also opening a case and complaint with Klarna, they finally gave my money back 2 months later. No apology or acknowledgement of their horrific service.
AVOID THIS CRAP COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AND GO ELSEWHERE.
P.S the tracking number was sent 3 times and was told you couldn't find it. Your staff are incapable of reading their emails or responding, seen as there is no other method to contact you, maybe you should provide another method to make your so called service more "efficient" & actually take responsibility for your wrong doings with your paying customers.

No response from the company in regards to returns
The item was very poor quality with many of the stones missing. I have emailed and messaged the conpany for returns process but no response.

Extremely unprofessional service.. i placed an order for a stitched outfit over 3 months ago and still no response after a number of attempts to contact them. I have not received the order and refund requests are repeatedly being ignored.
