The order arrived in a timely manner however everything else was bad. The garments that arrived were different from the pictures on the website. They poorly made with a lot of hand stitching. I have emailed Sadaf collection twice to ask if I can return the garments and get my refund. I have had no response on both emails. For the amount of money I paid I would have been expecting good customer service and amazing garments & workmanship. There is no number on the website to call. I am really disappointed and upset with this order I have been in tears. Could the company please arrange for me to send back their garments and process my refund. An online business should be based on trust and not just getting people’s money & not much importance to the products you are sending out.

I ordered a suit, unfortunately it was too small. They were very responsive and a fast returns process. Will definitely shop from here again as their customer service was impeccable.

The team were responsive and proactive, I mistakenly provided an incorrect address and the team were very quick to correct it and send out my outfits.
The outfits are beautiful and look exactly like the online picture. Good quality and value for money.

I ordered a ready made outfit, got ann extra 10% off at checkout which was great and received my package 2 days later. It was super quick and everything was perfect!

i would give 5 stars to sadaf's for their customer service. theyre friendly n respond as quick as possible. n returns are very easy as well. really happy with them. definately shop with them again. recommended.

I bought the Mirha Wedding Lengha and it’s exactly how it looks on the website. I decided to collect from the store. The staff at Sadaf’s collection are lovely and super helpful. The lengha was a little big for me so I ended up getting it altered by them for a very small price. It now fits perfectly - cannot wait to wear it for Eid. Will definitely be shopping here again! Highly recommend.

Ordered an abaya. Fast delivery, received within a couple of days of ordering. VERY overpriced tho.

Horrible experience. Just remembered to post a review a year later as I thought they would give me my refund. They refused to refund me and thankfully I paid through Klarna so they had stopped the remainder of the payments. Took around 2 months to get my refund. I returned the clothes because they were absolutely fake. I agree with another review saying they were replicas, saw the same ones in southall which were cheaper. Fully avoid this company, I don’t know how they’re getting away with selling replicas.. They will try to say it’s a fake review but I can assure you this is real. AVOID.
