Bad experience
I was sent the wrong suit, emailed the company as I don’t want the suit and I want a refund, no response. Ordered from the website as it says ‘2 working days’, it was sent 8 days later. The colour of the suit was completely different. The work was completely different. Overall it was misleading and I’m very disappointed.

Still tracking my order
Nearly 3 weeks after the order was placed I got notification that order was shipped on May 8. It is June 20th and I still haven’t gotten my order. Missed out on wearing the clothes for events as planned and I am still trying to track my order.

Poor customer service
Your company is so horrible, i messaged you guys multiple times but I only got a reply the one time. You guys said credit note but why wouldn’t you give my money back to my account, most of the time when you online shop you get your money back to your account and not credit note, i don’t have time to go look for your shop to get a credit note. I’m going to give all my friends and family a bad review on your shop, I’m NEVER going to shop from you ever again.

The worst customer service
The worst customer service. I wanted a return, but they refused to respond to me. I am still waiting for their response. They were consistent in the beginning but as soon as I mentioned a refund they stopped responding.

It was too tight for me
Ordered dress, it was too tight, so was disappointed at first because of the process of returning. I have returned the item and got my credit note to purchase another.
I am very happy with the team and the quick e-mail responses that I received from them and left me feeling relieved.
