I've contacted Safe Collections about debt collection that was previously unsuccessful (by a different agency). Adam was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail to ensure I choose the best option.

We approached Safe Collections from the UK to assist us with recovering an unpaid debt from a US client.

Safe Collections were extremely responsive, very clear communication and absolutely skilled in the process of international debt recovery.

In total we spoke to 3 - 4 members of their team, with extremely responsive & informative replies.

We recovered the majority of the debt with a very reasonable and well deserved commission to Safe Collections.

In some ways, we hope to not have to use their services again in the future, but of course, should we ever be in a situation where a client doesn't pay - we would without a doubt use Safe Collections services and highly recommend them to others.

Through the European Small Claims Court we had a CCJ against an Italian Company. They failed over a period of 2 years to honour the debt and we struggled, mainly due to not speaking Italian to converse with the Courts etc.

The world of debt collections is a legal minefield where good advice is at a premium.

I worked with Adam on a particularly complicated case where I had been defrauded by tenants potentially using sophisticated identify theft, forgeries and other techniques to evade the law.

Adam's candid advice and free of charge due diligence helped me quickly realize that there was no point in throwing good money after bad (even when the good money would have benefited Safe Collections commercially).

Even though this was not what I wanted to hear (or believe), the discussion educated me on the pitfalls to avoid when setting up subsequent tenancies.

Contacted Safe Collections to resolve an outstanding issue with an EU customer, they resolved within 10 days and payment swiftly received with no problems.

This is my first time using a debt collector and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Excellent communications resulting in our debt in Israel being paid to us in full within two days of starting proceedings with our customer. I know this isn't always the case where debts are concerned but if you are reading this and want to use a debt collector and are a little nervous about it as I was, then this collection company is definitely safe!
