Called to get help in regards to a ccj and they gave amazing advice even to the point of saying there wasnt any point using their service and to go down a traditional route through the courts.

Honest and professional company

My initial enquiry on debt collection for final invoice was promptly followed up with a phone call. Adam gave excellent advice free of charge and followed up with an e-mail and instructions on how to proceed if I needed to instruct Safe collections to work on my case. Their fees are very reasonable and there are no hidden or additional charges.
I gave agency last chance to pay my invoice using advice Adam kindly provided and my final invoice was paid on the same day!
All my interactions with Safe collections were very professional and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

On preparing to move collection company's, I spoke to Adam for a long time going through who our Company was, what our expectations were, our customers, our charges and our ethos, and Adam returned the information about Safe Collections.
At the end of the call I understood the charges, the structure, and what they couldn't or wouldn't do. I felt that Safe Collections was the Company we needed and have been proved right in all our dealings with them.
Their team have kept me up to date on our cases and really come through for us. At all times they are exceedingly professional, courteous and reliable and their honesty is a breath of fresh air. They go out of their way to help you too with Adam even offering to help us with the wording on some of our paperwork. You dont get that everywhere.

I asked Safe Collections for assistance regarding 2 suppliers in the USA who took our money and did not provide goods to the stated specification. Although they were unable to secure the return of our monies on this occasion, my case was dealt with in a very professional manner and I was kept updated throughout. As agreed with them, I was not charged for their services even though they went to considerable lengths to retrieve the debt. I would have no hesitation in using the services of Safe Collections in the future should the need arise.
