By a country mile the best collections company I have used in 20 years of commercial business and personal debt collecting. Ann, Adam and the team are efficient, reliable and very responsive. Absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

A big thank you to the Safe Collections team. My issue was dealt with very quickly, and the debt was recovered in just a few days.

From start to finish, the entire process was fast and simple. If I have future issues with unpaid invoices, I will most certainly be contacting Safe Collections Ltd again.

I really did not expect that anyone can recover my money, mostly because the debtor was in UK and I am in Serbia - did not know how these things works internationally, but thanks to Adam and his team I got my $600 from the debtor. :) I am very happy with their service, their professionalism and fair treatment.

Adam and his team from start to finish were exceptional in collecting unpaid invoices from a Spanish client who were 7 months in arrears. Within 8 working days after engaging the services of Safe Collections and their specialist legal team in Spain the client paid the outstanding amount. Really pleased with the outcome and the fees charged were reasonable and fair.

Can't thank Safe Collections enough. I had been chasing money for months and provided everything the client asked for to the best of my ability with no joy, the client then ignored me from there on and I didn't know where to turn. Strangely enough, my dealings with them, Adam in particular, have not led to them onboarding me as a client, but the manner in which they dealt with me prior to becoming a potential client speaks volumes of their values and business culture.

Adam's approach, professionalism, kindness and honesty have been stellar and I am extremely grateful and happy to have come across him and Safe Collections in this quest for clarity on my situation.

I contacted Safe Collections, amongst a few other debt retrieving agencies and have to say Adam and Safe Collections are truly in a category of their own.

His knowledge gave me insights upon contract formulations I had extreme difficulty to find information on.

I had obtained a County Court Judgement (CCJ) against the debtor which failed to obtain payment and was confused by the next steps available. I called Safe Collections and talked to Adam. I felt reassured by his open manner and clear description of the options and fees. It was not easy to get paid on this debt however Safe Collections stuck to the task and communicated well throughout the process.
