2 lost fender guitars. value itro £1200. other lost stuff as well, when i emailed safe removals about this, one of their reps told me its not their responsabillty!!! use this company at your peril. and btw, they NOT members of british assn of removers as it says on their emails.

great service, friendly people

We had a great experience with Safe Removals on the day, however since that time we have noticed a few issues. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture for us, or so we thought - but a wardrobe was put together back-to-front and not completed. Both our beds were re-built so poorly that we had to re-do it... the slats on my bed kept falling out of their own accord.

They are definitely cheap and fast, but you get what you pay for. There are quite a few dents on our furniture and we have had to replace a lot of missing screws and basically rebuild everything that they said they would rebuild for us as the job was so shoddy. I'm disappointed as on the day we were so happy with the service.

I've used Safe Removals twice and have no problem recommending them. Other than being 30 mins late, the three guys who came on moving day were faultless and cannot thank them enough. We had a lot of outdoor plant pots - some very heavy - but it was no problem to them.

The two who came to pack the day before were slow but thorough. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that they arrived with no wardrobe boxes so all our hanging clothes were stuffed into boxes. Personal items from drawers were also emptied into boxes when I'd been told they could be left as they were. But this is being picky and I would highly recommend- but just be prepared.

Good communication. The young men who did our removals were well-mannered, professional, friendly and did a great job.

We booked Safe Removals for our 3rd house move (having used them twice before). They are hard working, courteous and nothing is too much trouble. They understand that moving is the most stressful time and that most people (no matter how organised you think you are) are rubbish at it!! We thought we had planned enough time then two days before our move, a day trip to A&E with a 6 year old put us back what seemed like a week! We were so far from being ready for Safe Removals to move us, and yet they did. They packed things for us and gave me busy work to stay out of their way. And when it became apparent that our move would need extra space, they did not complain at a second trip (which just happened to be a 2+ hour drive there and the same back!). Cannot thank Safe Removals enough and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you guys SO much!

Excellent friendly serivice by a removals team who take great pride in their work. Great value for money too!

I had a team of 3 who were friendly and helpful. They turned up on time packed my stuff and moved it over to the new location efficiently. They turned up later at my convenience to pick up the boxes I did not need after unpacking. The only reservation I have is that they packed unrelated things into the same box. For example placed clothes / suits on top of electric fans. cleaning stuff were mixed with food items. I was also surprised that they did not use trolleys to move heavy boxes. None of my furniture was damaged and nothing was lost in transit.
