Two guys who worked with the moving of my belongings were very honest and down to earth. Nothing was to much for them to consider. The wardrobe was weak and they took care to screw things in place during reassemble. I am going to be moving again and will be sure to use safe removals once again.

I had a great experience with the team from Safe Removals.
The team arrived on time and the vans were clean and ready for loading. The 3 guys who did our move, were very hard working, fast, friendly, professional and accommodated all requests. They did not take a moments' rest until both vans were loaded. They were so careful with the larger furniture and made sure all items were properly wrapped and protected. Having just fnished unpacking all boxes, I was very happy to discover that nothing was broken or damaged!
I would definitely be using them again and would highly recommend Safe Removals

Safe Removals were a pleasure to deal with and I would certainly recommend them to all my friends and family. I don't move very often so I was a bit concerned but everything went very smoothly and would certainly use them again.

They were very co-operative, efficient and very friendly. They didn't complain and they moved our whole house in just one day. Boxes were labeled so we knew what came from where.

I would fully recommend this service, it saves a lot of hassle at such a stressful time and they take great care to ensure nothing is damaged.

Their quotation was extremely good value, and additionally they delivered ample packing boxes in advance of the delivery, which helped us to be organised throughout the move. On the day the removals men were absolutely wonderful - so helpful and calm - nothing was too much trouble. They made the move totally stress-free. Cannot recommend Safe Removals highly enough.

I have moved many times over the last few years but my last experience with Saferemovals was the best so far. The guys showed up with 2 vans and although I had a lot of stuff to move they were positive and optimistic in fitting it in.
They stashed everything very professionally and it all just fitted.
Both the guys were really nice people and a pleasure to work with.
Next time I move I will use this company.
They were also the cheapest.

Safe removals were great - really accommodating and responsive with last minute changes in delivery because of house completion issues. And they were very careful with all my furniture. And so cheap! Definitely recommend

Safe Removals saved our move. On arriving at our new flat, we discovered that the lift was out of service. Safe removals agreed to carry all our furniture and boxes up 6 floors. Amazing professionalism, flexibility and hard working staff. Kamil, Peter and their boss Alex are highly recommended.

Please stay away from this company as they are not professional and dishonest. They moved us a couple of weeks ago from one flat to another, were careless, damaged the walls in both flats, took cash with no receipt and run away. We emailed and tried to call them multiple times afterwards about the damage they caused and asking if they have insurance to cover the damage. However, our emails were ignored and our phone calls were unsuccessful (they did not pick up the phone). When we finally got through someone who identified himself as 'Alex' and 'the manager', he was very rude on the phone, and told us that the damages were pre-existing, and they had nothing to do with them. He then said he did not have time for us, and hanged up the phone. We are now contacting consumer protection society to inform them about the practices used by this firm, and the fact that they take cash with no receipt provided. I would definitely not recommend anyone to use this company for any services.

We use Safe Removals on a very regular basis as they are very efficient, reliable and the staff are absolutely delightful.

They get back to us regarding bookings within 10 minutes of requesting a hire time and they great at communicating if there are any hold ups on route to the destination.

The staff literally make us smile every time we see them as they are so friendly and helpful and just really great people.

The removers arrived in good time, were very friendly, professional, and courteous, and engaged in small talk; making a boring and arduous task an enjoyable one. They were also very careful with the materials, meticulous with details, and cleaned up after finishing the job (which included disassembling and reassembling furniture)

We had used safe removals twice recently, we found them were professional, affordable and took the most caution with our belongings. From start to finish, Safe Removals were brilliant. The estimator came round and gave a really competitive price, he was a very personable man to deal with. In my telephone conversations to discuss the booking, all members if staff I spoke to were always very helpful and polite. On the day of the move, the removal team arrived on time, they were polite and efficient and took great care over the loading and unloading our belongings. We had many difficult items - heavy boxes, large furniture, an aquarium, tropical fish and large garden plants which had to be manoeuvred into some awkward spaces. The team handled everything wonderfully. I couldn't fault the service and would recommend them anytime. I am very grateful to them for making my move happen with a minimum amount of stress.
