Safe Removals is very well organised company. We had the packing service done by very experienced crew who also was very friendly. On the moving day movers were very polite and move our belongings smoothly. Safe Removals team were highly professional , efficient , competent and careful. I've moved many times, internationally too - this was definitely the best experience I've ever had. Nothing got lost or was broken. I even got held up unexpectedly so the nice people at Safe Removals had to wait for me to get into the flat but they didn't charge me extra for this which I'm very grateful for. Apart from that everything went smoothly according to plan. Will recommend Safe Removals to anyone!

I would highly recommend Safe Removals if you are the plan for moving home. The staff is very punctual they timely arrived at the location and start work immediately. Safe Removals teams (led by professional staff) were efficient and highly experienced. I did not find any trouble and all the things were done safely. Staff all very professional and friendly they packed all my goods very professionally and nothing was broken. I was expecting at least something to be broken! I have large sofa I feel it was very difficult to moving the sofa, but the team moves this very well and I am very pleased about that move I have no doubt in the mind the guys of the Safe Removals were great, After this move I am in a position to share my experience with you, customer support is taking my booking and start work on one day. All in all, a great team. I’ve already recommended them to 3 other people looking to move this year and I will recommend them again and again.

Service provided was good but took a lot longer than anticipated. The time allocations are in blocks of hours so we had gone just over 5.30 and were told we had to pay until 7.30. Only moved a couple of mile from one bed flat but cost us over £700 vs quote of a lot less. Everything was boxed and ready to go. If I had known full cost I would have used another company. Overall a good service though so still 3 stars woudl have been 4 -5 if they had been reasonable and just charged us for what we had used. I felt like asking the 2 x removals guys to hang around a few more hours as I had paid for them but they had had enough so let them go as removal was finished.

I have received excellent customer service over the phone. Everything was dealt to detail.

The guys turn up on time on the day and were very efficient with the move. Everything was smoothly supervised.

Where do I even begin?


Couple weeks ago a Safe Removals estimator Brett has visit us to get better idea about the contents we have. After about half an hour of chatting and making notes he was off to the office to prepare a quote for us.

At the end of the day we have received a quotation from Patrick. It was great and even though it wasn’t the cheapest we have received we have decided to go with Safe Removals, as they were the only ones that seemed to know what they are doing.

Unfortunately our Agents were not so professional and helpful. We had to change our moving day 3 times! We were afraid that Safe Removals might be booked when we have finally secured a moving date and so they were, but guess what! The have squeezed us in regardless!

Over three days the crew worked very hard and efficient. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the guys packing the kitchen. It was so quick and organized.
All the boxes were signed and numbered.

On the moving Day when the guys came the Sun was barely visible on the horizon and they’ve started the move immediately. During the day we had to keep asking them to stop for a tea and a biscuit!
Everything was taken into consideration. Furniture were protected and secured on the van. They definitely lived up to their name: Safe!

Only when moving you realise how much stuff you really have… And we have a LOT of stuff.
We were so impressed with the movers that we asked Patrick in the office could book and unpacking service for next day for a bit extra.

Patrick has booked us straight away!

Even though we were paying by the hour we invited the crew for dinner.

We don’t anticipate moving any time soon, but if we will it will only happen with Safe Removals.

The guys came through morning rush hour traffic, carefully loaded everything, including taking beds apart, then drove through more nightmare traffic before unloading and rebuilding everything, heading off into more heavy traffic to get home. So impressed by their stamina and good humour to get through such a long tough day. Would recommend them to anyone.

I'm very happy with the service received from Conrad and the removals team.

They packed on Friday and then loaded up the vans on Saturday. Not one item was marked or damaged. The team were extremely patience and solutions focussed when trying to get my sofa out of the window!

The removal men were very hardworking and friendly. There were a few communication issues regarding payment and working hours but they have since been resolved.

We have used Safe Removals for two office moves and moving items in and out of long term storage. Competent and capable. No hesitation in recommending them.

I used Safe Removals back in April, the move was smooth; however when entering the mattress they knocked a frame which broke and damaged the stairs. I was assured the insurance would cover everything by the movers. Monday I emailed the company and it took a week for a reply, after that I was left 2 weekends waiting for someone to come and fix the damage/bring a new frame, needless to say it has never happened, now they don't even return my emails/text. I will have to pay my landlord from my own pocket, thought that was what insurance was for, cant even imagine the trouble I will be in if it were something major or if my furniture had gotten badly damaged.
