Thoroughly great through out the whole process!
Hanna and Martin were great through out the process of getting our level 3 survey - from price matching another local company to turning around the completed report in a quick manner. I could not be more impressed with the quality of their customer service and the report is very detailed too! I would definitely recommend to a friend 😊

An excellent experience
I commissioned a level 3 survey from Sage and they were excellent. Great communication from the start and I felt it was a wholly attentive experience. Gary, who was conducting the survey, rang me before to explain the ins-and-outs of the process and then we had a follow up call to discuss outcomes in depth where he took a helpful, layman’s terms approach to the findings to ensure I fully understood any implications and how I could approach my next steps. There was also an open offer to come back with follow up questions should I require it. 10/10, would recommend.

Organised survey very quickly, Surveyor made contact to ask if there were any concerns. Telephoned after survey had taken place, produced the written survey and emailed later that day.

Gary completed my report, who was clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to call me prior to the visit to understand any specifics, along with calling me again following the visit to discuss the items with me and volunteered to do some extra research on a particular topic, outside of the Level 2 Survey I had instructed. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good service and comprehensive report.

Excellent communication from start to…
Excellent communication from start to finish.
Hanna was extremely efficient in booking the survey and supplying information as to the correct survey re required.
Gary carried out a level 3 survey, contacted us prior to the survey re any concerns or specific areas we wanted covered.
After the survey Gary rang us as to the survey and supplied a full comprehensive report within 48 hours.
He was also available to answer any questions we had.
I would definitely recommend Sage Surveyors.

Level 1 and 2 both amazing
I have had both level 1 vacation on my house prior to sale to repay help to buy loan, and level 2 survey on the house we’re buying. Garry communicated well prior to both surveys and then conducted both to a great standard, the level 2 went into alot of detail and was easy to understand. Both reports came back on the day of surveys which was quicker than expected.
Over all amazing experience and wild highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience using Sage. I'm buying an older property, so wasn't sure which level of survey I needed. Hanna took the time to explain this to me, and also checked some of the details with Gary before finalising the quote. The day before the survey, Gary phoned to explain the process and to ask if there was anything specific that I was concerned about. After the survey, I receieved a thorough and detailed report. There were a couple of aspects that I wasn't clear on, and Gary was kind enough to explain them to me in a follow up phone call. I'd highly recommend Sage following my recent experience with them.
