I was very happy with the service provided by Sage!Gary was extremely helpfull and contacted me before and after he surveyed the property and the report was sent to me within a couple of hours after the survey was completed.i would highly reccomend using this company.

Sage house survey experience
When I asked Sage to survey the house I wanted to buy the sent me a comprehensive statement of the things they do. We agreed the one that would be best for me and a quote was sent Two days before the survey ,the surveyor rang to check I still wanted it. The survey report was detailed and helpful describing any faults and showing pictures. They rang back two days later to see if I had any questions and said they would be willing to answer any questions I had at any time. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was pleased with their work and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
