Adam at Salvatore Performance was extremely helpful, well-mannered, honest and very patient. I have yet to come across a dealer who I can confidently say I can buy from blindly. I travelled 4 hours to see this car and meet Adam, had I met Adam before the journey, I would have purchased and arranged delivery without the need to inspect or test drive the car. That should tell you everything about this company, how they operate and how much of an honest gentleman Adam is. 5* does not do this company or Adam justice, we need 100*.

After several poor interactions with other dealers while I was looking for an i8, I came to look at one at Salvatore Performance. They were very honest and open about that car, and it wasn't the one for me, but they did have another i8, and in the end I bought that. There was no hard sell, no pressure, just a knowledgeable, helpful and relaxed few conversations. They specialise in a few types of cars, and that comes through in how well they know them. They could not have been more flexible or helpful throughout. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone, and I will come back to them in the future. Thanks for the pleasurable experience!

Just sold my car to these guys and I must say it was an incredible experience. They came all the way to Manchester after we agreed a price on the phone and upon turning up they didn’t do any awkward webuyanycar negotiation and they stayed true to their word.

Phenomenal - I bought a BMW M235i from Salvatore Performance and I must say it was genuinely a very pleasant experience and has restored some faith in car dealers. After 4 month of owing it, I had an issue with the waste gate which was rattling. It is very common with this generation of BMW M235i. I reached out to Ahmad and given my previous experience of car dealers, I didn’t expect for them to respond to me when I had an issue. But to my surprise he was beyond cooperative. Given that I lived over 200 miles away near Lake District, he didn’t insist I bring it back to him, instead he allowed me to take it to a BMW specialist near me who diagnosed the issue and provided a cost estimate and within 1 day, he had sent the money to the garage to rectify the issue.

I know cars are machine so they can go wrong at any time but the way they dealt with me and the issue was exemplary. I am genuinely blown away with how quickly they resolved the issue and got me back on the road. I have heard of horror stories in forums of garages ghosting customers as soon as they have an issue but Salvatore Performance have been phenomenal. If you want genuine people to deal with, I would say don’t bother looking any further.

Contacted Salvatore (after my partner had watched several of their videos on YouTube). I have always wanted an Austin Heally 3000 after seeing it in Father of the Bride. I spoke to Ahmad who talked me through the maintenance of these cars before he managed to source me one. Very useful discussion and advice on what to avoid and look for offered with no pressure to go ahead with them. Overall very happy with the service and got my classic just in time for the summer weather!
