Salvatore Performance provide the best customer service I have seen at any independent dealer. Professional and courteous - from my experience they go above and beyond no matter who you are and I was very impressed with all aspects of my experience. Trustworthy cars from a trustworthy seller. Can't go wrong. I will happily give repeat business to Salvatore Performance in future.

Bought a Jaguar ftype s from Salvatore Performance about 7/8 months ago. There were some scratches on the car when I viewed it and they got them removed for when i collected the car. They are very friendly and know alot about what they are doing. I have had no problems with the car and it is running perfectly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely consider buying a car from them in the future.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Recently bought a Jaguar F-Type from Salvatoreperformance and I’ve got to say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in my life. We came all the way from South London and they were kind enough to pick us up from the train station. Friendly, professional and caring. I strongly recommend them if you're looking to buy a car that looks and feels like it's new.

A wonderful and genuine salesman. Having bought my now beloved BMW M235i, it’s been nothing but smooth sailing, a faultless car that looks stunning and drives just as well, happy to have bought it from a trusting man. Polite, well spoken and a true people person, coming from other car viewings and second hand car dealers, it was a breath of fresh air to find a genuine seller!

Salvatore Performance truly helped us with buying our first car in the UK. They replied to our several questions promptly and made buying a car online a piece of cake. They delivered the car straight to our home. We couldn't be happier with our Mercedes C Class. We can say only nice things about them and we recommend it to anyone who wants to buy their car.

Usually I don't give 5 stars but they really deserve it. Such a great experience!!!! I'm always suspicious about people that selling cars but I have to admit that this is been by far the best experience by far. Emailed them and they responded right away. When I arrived they answered all my questions and concerns. Also, they have a very good prices!!!! It is worth it.

Company wasn't interested in a deal. The part exchange price was £2,000 lower than 2 other independent car sales and then I was told the part exchange price i have been given was the retail price. I could get more if I took my car to we buy any car.... such a shame.

The car was delivered to my door step with a new MOT and service. This is indeed the best car dealership I have ever come across who go above and beyond for their customers. Picked me up from the airport after a flight from Northern Ireland, zero pressure to buy, and I do mean absolutely no pressure at all. Treated my like a guest, not a customer. They even offered me lunch! I'm not joking!!. These people are real petrol heads, not used car salesmen. Completely honest, helpful. So accommodating, and I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

What can I say, great service from Salvatore Performance. I have waited around 3 months before I wrote this review because I wanted to make sure the car is perfect and it certainly has been. I’ve driven the car circa 3,000 miles in that time and it has not missed a beat. This is my first Aston Martin, so I was obviously a little apprehensive about how it all works and what the drive should be like etc., little things that you soon get used to, but they was always made themselves available to answer any questions I have to put my mind at ease whenever I called. Obviously Aston Martins are not something you buy every day, but I can say without hesitation Salvatore Performance will be the first place I contact when I look to change my current model.

Excellent service from Salvatore Performance, I purchased a much lower value car to what they normally sell. Most of their stock is in the £40k plus region so I appreciated all the time and care they took with me. He gave me the same treatment and care as he would when selling a more expensive car. Salvatore Performance are brilliant and I love their videos. Keep up the good work guys!

After a long period of online research, I called Salvatore Performance. They were incredible and gave me a very trustworthy feeling to buy a BMW i8 from them. Because of their extensive knowledge of i8s, they answered all my questions. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. If anyone is looking for a car, I advise you to check them out first.

Took a £300 deposit and agreed a sale price on Friday. Then sold to someone else on Sunday. Didn’t even let me know until I asked for an update on when the car would be ready on Tuesday.

Likely sold it to someone else to avoid repairing a potential gearbox issue identified on the test drive

Update: I just had an email saying that Salvatore flagged my review as non genuine. So below are the exact details of the car he sold to someone else knowing it had a fault. I have also provided trustpilot with screenshots of his email to me confirming there was a noise that needed fixing.

Update 2: After 7 months, they finally respond to the review. You can see the level of professionalism you should expect from this individual from their response. Resorting to accusations of racism...

They claim they ended up selling to another party, yet took my deposit, agreed a sale price, and didn't even tell me they sold the car to someone else until I asked if the car was ready to pick up.

Choosing who they sell a car to is their right, but taking a deposit and then selling to another customer, without refunding the deposit is illegal...

There are plenty of reputable dealers out there, you don't need to be buying cars from someone dealing off their mum's driveway.

Be careful.
I purchased a bmw i8 from Salvatore performance in Northolt around 6 months ago.

The car had some cosmetic issues with paint being scraped off due to a wrap removal before I brought the car. The seller promised to book in a time to repaint the car and fix other scratches etc, which never happened.
I’ve been contacting them via whatsapp & text for the last few months, and every message is being ignored.

That’s not all, the next day I had an electrical fault that I had to take to bmw to get repaired because Salvatore performances warranty doesn’t cover electrical issues.

Recently I had a tyre change. Much to my surprise the wheel locking nut is also missing, another cost I have to take on myself.

Be careful with these guys. They seem friendly when you’re there but after sales is terrible.
