Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service! I paid $172, and the shirts came in and didn’t look nothing like they were advertised. I also paid for express shipping and it came late. The express shipping was $40 itself. I’m highly disappointed and asked for a refund and have not received anything yet.

Lies about distance to pick-up location
Bought a single T-shirt needing it for the same day. Was told they had found a location 13 miles away. I bought the T-shirt realizing they would tell me later where I had to go. Then I received an email saying the pick-up location was 3 times the distance they had originally stated (in another state). I tried immediately to cancel the order because I could not reasonably travel there and back on my schedule. Was told no by customer service, even though the order wasn't ready for 3 more hours. Their website is highly misleading about pick-up locations. It's a bait-and-switch.

Would give them zero stars if I could! Complete joke of a company! I live in North Ogden, Utah. When I got on their website and chose my location I specifically chose Ogden, Utah. I created the custom tshirts that I wanted, completed my order, paid, then when the website asked me the delivery type, I selected “standard pickup” since I live right here in North Ogden. Well lo and behold when I competed my order they sent it to a fulfillment location in Lehi, Utah which is a two hour drive from my house. Then, after spending over an hour fighting with their customer service, they flat out lied to me multiple times. They told me that Lehi was the closest location to my house, wrong. Their website also says they have locations in Roy, Clearfield, Layton, Kaysville, Syracuse, all hours closer to my house than Lehi. But they told me ALL of those locations were unavailable. Then they told me that the Ogden location I that first selected had a power outage and that’s why they couldn’t fulfill my order, WRONG AGAIN!!! There was no power outage in Ogden, Utah today. They flat out bald face lied to me. Pretty crappy for a company to straight up lie to a paying customer. Finally I just cancelled my order and demanded a refund. Will never ever use them again.

Pros: the order process was easy. And the shirt they produce was great.
Cons: Press that printed it where I picked it up was an hour from my house which they did not tell me until the order was produced after I bought it. And the production was finished only two or three hours before I had to pick it up, not much time to react.

The picture I designed was not as vivid as I hoped but it was still good. I’ve learned that it would have been stunning on a white shirt and that there are other options available for future orders.

We go on a family and friends vacation…
We go on a family and friends vacation every year. Our grandchildren’s friends vie for the opportunity to join us as they enjoy the time very much. Last year one of the friends had a photo taken of him as he was head and shoulders out of the water of the lake. Our younger son used AI to create an image of what looked like a creature coming out of the water. The image had wording of that made it look like a movie advertisement like “The Creature from the Black Lagoon” an old horror movie. We had the shirts made and we wore them this year. The friend was thrilled with the shirts. He felt like a celebrity! He signed the shirts and sent his parents a photo of the shirt expressing his enthusiasm for the feeling he had as part of the family. He even wanted to get another photo of him leaving the water hoping we would make a sequel!! We are working on it! He wore the shirt in the town and had many comments and compliments about the shirt.

Pleasantly surprised at the speed and quality
I was looking for shirts to be printed quickly for an event we had. Honestly, I was a little skeptical about same-day custom, didn’t seem plausible to have such a fast turnaround time.
However, I was pleasantly surprised. I put in a lot of specific requests, even chatted with their support multiple times on their chat and on the phone. After we settled on exactly how it was going to work, and I learned a little bit more about their process, I ordered some shirts, and since I had an extra day, and was busy trying to get some other stuff done, I opted for their delivery instead of pick up. This did make overall receipt of the shirts, a little slower, but I think I ordered them Thursday night and got them delivered on Monday late morning. I even changed the size quantities of the shirts on Friday morning and they were nice and got it changed!
The shirts were typical base level shirts, which I selected. The printing quality was impressive, I was nervous it would be poor or some would be messed up, but everything was great! So far I’ve washed one maybe 3 times, it’s held up very nicely.

Ten days overdue
UPDATE: The company understood my concerns promptly and provided a full refund for my order. They followed up several times to make things right beyond the refund. Although the shirt never made it on time for its purpose, I appreciate that the company does listen to the needs of their customers. Thus, I upgraded my review from 1 to 3 stars.
I ordered a shirt for a specific event and it was not delivered until 10 DAYS after the original promised delivery date (June 6) because it “the courier attempted to pick up the order several times but was unsuccessful.”How can a business not be available for a UPS pickup? This seems extremely unprofessional for a business of this size.
I contacted customer support the day of originally scheduled delivery (June 6). They promised to rectify the issue and that it would be delivered by June 9, which was the latest I would accept the order. However, the order didn’t end up delivering until JUNE 16, which was what the UPS tracking site indicated. I’m surprised they didn’t expedite shipping and did not take a customer’s request seriously.
As a result, the shirt was missed for the event entirely and is now worthless after delivery. I asked for a refund and they only offered a 5% refund?? For a $30 T-shirt that’s only $1.5 - how is that acceptable for a service I paid for that I did not receive? Plus I never even received this 5% refund - it was only lip service to act “considerate”
I assume this company stands for providing meaning to their customers’ personal lives through the stories that these shirts provide. If all they care about is delivering the piece of cloth, calling it a done deal if it was delivered without regard for the occasion it is meant for, and not what that shirt may mean for their customers, then they should call themselves “Ten days overdue overpriced cloth”.
I will never order from this company again, and I urge you to not do so also if you want service from a company that keeps their promises. UNLESS they fairly provide a full refund for a promise they failed to keep.

Not Same Day, missed a graduation gift, erratic customer support
* Prior to ordering, the location of pickup is NOT mentioned
* After ordering, a location 90 minutes from my locality was provided
* No response when asked for cancelation or refund
* On asking further - I was told that the order was shipped without confirming with me before, also without confirming the delivery address.
* Missed the delivery, and had to contact UPS to hold the package at an access point to collect
* Ultimately missed the entire purpose of the order, which was for a gift.
I would not order through them again and strongly advise anyone contemplating to order to not do so as well.

Bait and switch - Same day pickup in my city
I placed an order for same day pickup in my area. After order confirmation, then informed me, they could have it available for pickup 90 minutes from where they said it would be available. Also note, I do not live in a rural area, so this is completely unacceptable. They then proceeded to tell me I could get it delivered same day but I would have to pay an additional $20. In addition, I was on chat with customer service and the moment I asked for a cancellation and a refund, they never responded, although previously responding expeditiously. This is typical bait and switch. Do not order from them under any circumstances.

Very respectfully I am disappointed
Very respectfully, I must admit that I am disappointed with my experience. I was told today I would receive a $52 refund.
I spoke with Tuleen just after 5pm last Friday, & she mentioned she was still trying to find a courier and had offered to give a $20 tip to encourage someone to accept the delivery. $20 on top of the $38 delivery fee = $58 was being offered to a courier to drive one hour to drop the package off thay night.
The tshirt shop closed at 6pm and would not reopen until Monday.
The only way for the situation to resolve with receiving the t shirts for my event happening on Saturday required extraordinary measures on my part.
I found out where the t shirts were printed in southern New Hampshire and dropped everything to drive an hour north and an hour back to get them.
The t shirt printer had arranged with the business next door to allow me to pick them up until as late as 730pm, I was told.
I arrived at 645 p m to find the gentleman from the store next door locking up early. Thank goodness I arrived exactly at that moment or I would have driven an hour to get the t shirts only to find the business locked with no phone number and no one contact.
He was a super nice guy doing a favor for the tshirt printer, but he had no idea when I was arriving, and no name or phone number to call me because no one had told him when I was going to show up or who I was.
I realize you are a business and you're trying to conserve every cent.
I also understand that things happen outside of the control of a business.
But to have the tshirts rush printed and ready to go by 1215 pm and to have no takers to deliver them before the four o'clock deadline I had been be given initially: Someone should have contacted me, proactively, to give me the option at 3pm to drive up and get them and offer me at least the same amount offered to the courier --- and, frankly, a bit extra to make sure I was thrilled.
Unfortunately, none of that happened.
I am grateful that I got the t-shirts, but it took heroic efforts on my part to get the information & make that happen.
I'm appreciative I got money back- but very disappointed that I had to first refuse the offer of just the delivery fee ($38) and was then only offered a 10% refund on my order amount.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and stress this situation caused. While we're pleased that you were ultimately able to obtain the shirts in time for your event, we understand that doing so required considerable effort on your part.
As you noted, the difficulty in securing a courier was unfortunately outside of our direct control. Once it became apparent that drivers were not accepting the delivery request, Tuleen actively worked to improve the chances of finding a courier by increasing the tip offered for the delivery. Despite these efforts, we were ultimately unable to secure a driver before the print shop closed.
That said, we understand your concerns regarding communication throughout the process. We recognize that receiving earlier updates and discussing alternative options sooner may have helped reduce the uncertainty you experienced, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We are grateful for your patience and for the extraordinary effort you made to ensure your event was successful. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we continually review our processes and customer experience.
