SameDayCustom is Garbage
Ridiculous
Same Day Custom print is garbage on service.
We chatted with an agent explaining we needed shirts in 2 daysby 4:00 p.m.
They charged us for rush service, ok that's fair.
Limited inventory due to time, ok I get it.
We design with their drop/ drag system which is very limited but works okay if you only need something simple.
- only mention this because you will be very limited on what you can do within the software versus designing something yourself in another software -
We selected a pickup location based on our zip code - downtown Austin
We are ready for pickup only to receive an email from Same Day Print "oops that location wasn't available so we sent it to a location 20+ miles away - in Cedar Park
Like they don't realize that's an entirely another city.
I've been calling all morning they're not answering the phone and of course because it's a third party software the store itself won't take any accountability on anything.
I really love paying $40 each for 1 color 1 text line tee shirts printed an hour away.
Our event is completely thrown off by this and their customer service won't even respond at this point so we're stuck either sending a staff member and losing 3 hours or canceling and trying to get our money back
I definitely don't recommend using them especially if it's business related or important

Please be warned "same day" is a scam
Please be warned, this company will lie to you about the pick up location. They told me I could pick up next day in the town where I live. I placed the order (which was intended to be a gift, which is why I paid the crazy price for next day pick up). The NEXT morning they revealed the pick up location was 1.5 hours away. I did not have 3 hours to spare for driving in my schedule that day. I would not have ordered from them if they had been honest about the location. It's a trick. I requested a refund due to the lack of transparency and was denied. Be careful, this is a dishonest company.

They were very prompt in letting me know that my design needed to be modified, and still printed it the same afternoon. I placed the order the evening before, received the message in the morning, and picked it up after lunch. The location they sent it to for printing was also very friendly and clean, and I'm very satisfied with the finished product.

Woke is Broke
They helped me design my t-shirt. Took my payment for the order.
Then canceled it the next day because they wouldn't print the design. The money was out of my account in minutes but the refund takes 5-7 business days.
A woke business is a broke business.
Buyer beware.

Regarding the charge and refund: we process payments through Stripe, one of the world’s largest and most secure payment processors. Charges are completed immediately at checkout, and once a refund is issued on our end, Stripe typically returns the funds within 5–7 business days, which is standard across most businesses and financial institutions.
While we cannot control banking timelines, we always issue refunds as quickly as possible from our side.
Clear communication and a smooth experience are extremely important to us, and I would truly value the chance to look into this further and assist you directly.

Once the company realized that the shipment was headed to Jordan, one of their employees personally contacted me and followed up on the order.
