Seamless Experience
I was in contact with their team prior to Christmas, and after an extended collaboration with the Design Team, they brought my idea to life from scratch and delivered beautifully printed, high-quality hoodies. The customer service was amazing and completely transparent about the tracking and delivery progress throughout the entire process.

More than what I expected!
Quality was perfect and the delivery was same day, just in the early evening, which worked out well for me since I needed it for a next day family outing to kennywood. I compared multiple local vendors and even online solutions - same day custom’s pricing can’t be beat.

Not the Same Day and Not Affordable
They promise your product on the same day but what they don't tell you is that you have three choices: Drive an hour away to pick up your product, spend an extra $100 to have it brought to your door, or you can wait 2 weeks and they'll send it to you (obviously this is not the same day). If you don't complete your order, they spam you a zillion times in your inbox. I politely requested they stop spamming me and I got a message in return asking me to fill out a survey for a product I never ordered. I would wait and go to a local and more affordable business.

They reduced the size without consultation
I set up a design and placed an order. When I received the order, the size of the design was reduced far less than what I had requested. No one reached out to me before changing the design of my print. Customer service offered a refund of 10%.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I recently used Same Day Customs for a t-shirt order for my organization’s event; and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. The shirts arrived in great quality; the design was exactly what I selected; and the materials were solid and well-made.
There was one small issue: I received two youth smalls instead of the youth larges I had requested. Mistakes happen; what matters is how a company responds. As soon as I contacted Same Day Customs; they immediately corrected the error by sending me the youth larges at no cost. They were professional; responsive; and genuinely eager to make things right.
I truly value a business that not only delivers good products but also stands behind them with excellent customer service. Same Day Customs made me feel like a valued customer; and that means a lot. In fact; I often appreciate a company more when I see how they handle a mistake; it shows their true character.
Because of this experience; I will continue to recommend Same Day Customs to anyone looking for custom t-shirts or other products. They earned an A+ in my book and a solid five stars.

Scam. The tshirt never arrived. Contacted them multiple times. A month later, still no tshirt. Do not do business with unless you want to waste your money
