I ordered some cufflinks made with my grandad’s ashes as a gift for my dad, and they are absolutely beautiful. They are very delicate. The way the box was packaged was lovely and felt very personal. They even made an extra stone with some of the ashes that remained, and sent the remaining ashes back to me. Fast service, reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I ordered a ring and necklace for myself and cufflinks for my brother to wear on his wedding day, made with our dad's ashes. Sam was fabulous from start to finish. Super friendly and really professional and empathic service. I was so grateful to know at each step where my dad's ashes were and the jewellery. The end products are fabulous! My brother and I were very emotional over them and we will cherish these items. Everything was treated with such care. Highly recommend. Everything was beautifully presented with litrle certificates, and we really appreciated the little extra hearts. My brother will wear them in his pocket at his wedding. Sam made 5 items in total from my Dad's ashes, between me my sisters and Mum. There were 3 pendants and 2 rings and each item is absolutely stunning! We are all over the moon with the pieces, and were touched by the little extra keepsakes, certificates and maintenance care card. Sam guided us in how to prepare for sending the ashes and notified us when they were dispatched. It's clear from the items to packaging that Sam takes great care in what she produces. Thank you

After the sad passing of my dog who was my baby I was recommended Sam by a friend who had previously gone through the same thing.
I was slightly sceptical as first however, my mind was soon put as ease after talking to Sam.
Sam remained in contact throughout the process with me keeping me updated which I greatly appreciated.
